I am beyond speechless how time flew really fast like a dust passed in a blink of an eye. Wait. Does it make sense? Yes, no. Crap. I've been spacing out and proving myself that I could be more dumb since our professors gave all the requirements we had to submit before December hits the calendar.
These requirements that I had to finish had already gotten into my nerves, and it felt like there'd be no tomorrow for me if I stopped thinking of them and planning how to finish everything right away. Final exams are coming and all the final requirements need to be submitted one after another and it's not helping me to control my sanity!
I have expected it before, but shit, the real thing is utterly exhausting! And missing Lucas is not helping me because it pains me to think that I have refused to join them for lunch again. It's been two weeks since we came home from Pangasinan where everything, I believed, had changed.
I missed him. I missed Lucas so much.
I was looking at my phone after I finished attaching the cover of my term paper in Professional Education course, and I beamed in happiness after I spotted a notification in WhatsApp. Instantly, my foul mood brightened.

I had an eye rolled after reading his reply and chewed my inner bottom lip to stop myself from smiling.
"Hala siya! Sana okay ka lang d'yan ano!" I heard Clea beside me uttered while arranging the papers on her table.
"Parang hindi naman siya stressed, sis," JJ told Clea as he wrote something on his paper.
"Pangiti-ngiti na lang eh ano? Excuse me." Bridgette excused herself so she could passed by my spot.
"Ayan ba 'yong crush mo na engineering? Yiiiiieeee!" Sinundot ni Joyce ang tagiliran ko nang makaraan din siya after Bridgette.
"Huh? Anong crush?!" I denied, at tinawanan ko lang sila. Hinayaan ko lang sila na tuksuhin ako at mag-isip na kung anu-ano. Alam ko kasing hindi pa kami pwede ni Lucas, but if they want to know, seriously, if I have a crush on this guy, then I would say yes! But they were only teasing me kaya hindi na lang ako mag-talk.
