NIK'S POV
Music was playing as I walked into the compound and boxes were lined up along the walls, it looked pretty organised in here. I mean I was 4 days late but that's okay I made it, that's all they'll care about.
"HOPE!" I called out, she appeared from behind a wall of boxes on the second-floor landing. "You made it!" She said with a wide smile. "Yeah, I got caught up with, Jade." "Jade from school?" Luna questioned coming from a room n the ground floor. "Yeah, actually I met her in the Alps, and we've kinda hit it off." They both had soft smiles on their faces, almost proud. I was actually making connections with other people instead of shutting them out.
"So what's the plan?" I asked slipping my jacket off and putting it on the sofa. "Well," Josie said appearing out of nowhere and coming down the stairs. "Most of it is boxed up by now. But we're labelling and moving boxes to their piles." "Piles?" "Your mother's things, Klaus', Elijah's." She pointed around. "The moving trucks are coming this afternoon so we need to be fast." I nodded and dove straight in. I went to the third floor and began opening boxes looking through them and labelling the boxes before pushing them into the hall. Luna and Hope were carrying boxes and putting them in piles they were the fastest at doing this and it meant the job was getting done quicker.
"Your handwriting resembles a child's," Hope said mockingly. "Sorry I didn't pay attention in calligraphy class." I rolled my eyes and continued to write Davina on the top of the box. "The trucks are here, can you help Luna pack them up." "Yeah."
I went down to the front of the compound and began loading up the trucks. Luna was going to go with them to assure that they all got put away in the write storage units. It would be easier for their families to come and get their things if they needed to. Everything got dumped at the compound after the attack. I don't think anyone can deal with sorting through our parent's things, it was too heartbreaking.

I flopped into the sofa and pulled the cushion from behind me and hugged it. "Luna's up to something." "What?" I asked confused at Hope's abruptness. "Luna's plotting something." "What exactly?" Luna plot's all the time. She lives in Mystic Falls plotting was part of survival in that town. "She has a blood fountain." I looked between Josie and Hope. Was I meant to know what the blood fountain was? Or did? Because I didn't.
"It's a travellers dark object." Still nothing? Did we learn about it at school? If so I completely wiped everything that wasn't wolf-related from my mind. "Once activated it stops all supernatural abilities." I frowned. Josie handed me the Ipad and I looked at it reading what was written. "Why does she have that?" "I don't know. And Damon was trying to get Stefan to agree to open this chamber to the black magic stuff." "What does she want with Dark objects?" I asked the girls who both shrugged. "She's messing with some heavy stuff right now," I say handing the Ipad over.
"Do you know what's happening with her at home?" "I've not been there for a couple of weeks but when I was last there she was fine. They're remodelling the kitchen." I offered. "And they've 'brought' another property." "Property?" Josie questioned. "Luna and Damon owned the bar "Luna's" and The Manor where they lived, what did they need a third place for," Hope questioned aloud though I believed it was an internal flow of thoughts. "Yeah, the old Lockwood plot, in the woods," I tell them.
Hope frowns more. "What is she planning?" Josie questioned again before typing away on the Ipad. "Whatever she's planning Damon knows about. He's trying to get this necklace for her." "That doesn't mean Damon knows what she's doing. Damon would blindly follow her no matter what." I tell her, which was true. "It's the eyes," Josie says. "Could get anyone to do anything." She concluded.
