Chapter 5 Something 'Great' Happens...
James and I have already gotten to California.We were 3 hours early so we headed to the huntig place where my dad might be.So we walked inside the hunting grounds.It was full of zombies."We have to get out of here."James said grabbing my arm."No!What if my dad is here I can't leave him!!"I screamed at James."Fine half an hour then we catch the plane got it."James said letting go of my arm.I nodded and I ran into the crowd of zombies.I ran into the caben me and my dad used when we went up there.No sign of him.
I looked every where I could think of and not one sign of him.Not a note not one thing that could lead me to him.I just dropped to my knees.James ccame running over to me and he sat next to me and pulled me close to him."Let's just go there is no point in staying here."I told him.He stood up and helped me up aswell.We ran out of the place locking the gate behind us.We walked 10 miles to the airport.We ran up to the desk."How may I help you?"The black haired lady asked us."We would like two tickets to China.The earliest flight please."I told her."Ok the earliest flight is in 10 minuets so two tickets to China would cost you 500 dollers total."The lady said."500 dollers where do we get that kind of money."James asked me.I pulled 500 dollers out of my wallet that was inside my duffle bag.She handed me the two tickets and I took James's hand and dragged him to the plane.We got there and I handed the guy the two tickets."Lyric redfield?"The man asked me."Yea you must know my father.Chris.Did he take a plane to China?"I asked him."Yes a couple of days ago when this started."He told me.I smiled at him and James and I walked onto the plane.
We took off and I felt that something was wrong.I got up and grabbed Jame's hand and dragged him to the pilot place.As soon as we got there screams filled the plane.Then it got silent for a moment then all you heard were the moans and groans.I looked at where the pilot sat to fly the plane and the seat was empty.James walked over and sat in the seat."Watch my back i'm getting us to China alive."James said.So I pulled out my gun and waited for them to come along.One shot 3 kills.Another shot 4 kills.Shot after shot I got a couple of kills by the time I was out of ammo eveyone was dead.James landed us in China.When we landed I saw Leon."Lyric?What are you doing here?"Leon asked me.
"Looking for my dad."I replied."Well I have seen him around but not this week.You can come along with me and Helena.And whos the boy?"Leon asked me."Thats James he's a surviver I found and he's the only one who stuck with me."I replied smiling at James."Only one who stuck with you?What do you mean by that?"Leon asked me."Well one of them jacked my car and all the weapons and food in it."I told him."Well trust me I am glad he did.Sherry Burkin is meting Danny Blackk and she invited me along.So your coming with us."Leon told James and I.We walked into a building and there stood in the shadows.Leon handed me and James a Silencer.I grabbed James's hand and dragged him beind the the shipping crate that Danny Blackk was standing on and climbed up the two ladders and still in the shadows.There were 4 gaurds surrounding him.With me 1 shot two kills.James 2 shots two kills.I walked and pressed my gun to Danny Blackk's head."Where's my dad."I said to him."I dont know."He replied."Where is my father!"I said screaming this time."You wouldn't shoot me."He said to me.I clicked the bullet into the chamber.
"Try me!!"I said screaming.He grabbed my gun and pushed me off the edge of the crate.I ended up slamming my back on the concrete floor.James jumped down and pulled me close to him.Danny Blackk was able to get out of the building."Lyric you ok?"Leon asked me.I just nodded and glanced over to see if Sherry and Jake were still there and they were.Jake walked up to me as I stood up."Your dad knew my father right."Jake Muller asked me."Knew him?He killed him."I replied.Jake put his gun to my head."What can't handle the fact that my father killed yours."I told him with a smirk.Jake clicked the bullet into to chamber and Sherry pulled him back."Jake we have to go."Sherry said.Jake put down his gun and walked off with Sherry."Come on Helena and I still have a mission."Leon said grabbing my arm.I pulled my arm away."No!I have to find my dad!"I screamed at him.I ran out of the building and into a zombie land.Sherry and Jake at the front."You cant take them all you idiots."I told them.I ran right through them with ease.I ran into a building that wass empty.
James ran in after me.I latched the door and lit all the candles that happen to be in this building.I helped James lay out our tent that I had and put out lanturn in there.I layed out the blankets that we had and sat on them with James next to me and his arm around me pulling me close to him.After a few hours I fell asleep in his arms.I woke up next to him and I smiled.He smiled back and walked out of the tent.
