Chapter 13 We Find More Survivors?
I wake up to Kaleb by my side.He was awake and looked up at me and smiled.I sat up and remembered I was in a tank top and used to be white skinny jeans.Now they are all ripped and dirty considing I have been sleeping on the ground for a few weeks.I looked over and saw everyone was gone.I got up and walked outside.Laura and James were there.I saw a note from the guys on a table.

Thanks for help us but we are going on our own now.We took bats.And swords.Thanks for everything!
Lame.I rolled my eyes.Can't believe they just bailed! Ugh. I cant stand people sometimes. They all annoy me at times! It sucks. "Lyric.I can't believe they left."Kaleb said with a sigh. I just nodded in agreement.I had no words for this. Just get up and leave. I was snapped out of my thoughts by hearing someone scream.I looked out the window and saw about 5 or 6 survivours across the street from the bar we were in. "Hey.Kaleb James Laura! There survivours over there."I said pointing across the street. They all looked and nodded. "We have to help them."Kaleb said.
We all walked outside into the mass destruction. We all ran over to the gas station where all the survivours were. 2 were already dead. Both guys. There was a girl freaking out and she didnt have a weapon. And there was a cop. Plus another guy. They were getting surrounded. As we stood and watched for a bit they were getting themselves killed. "It's to late for them."I said as I heard the click of a gun saying it was empty. "We can't just leave them here to die!"Laura exclaimed. "She's right.They signed their on death wish."James muttered. "Come on.We might be next if we stay here."Kaleb said starting to walk off.
I followed trying not to look at all the zombies. Have you ever seen one other than on a video game or movie? The flesh is all falling off and hanging on for dear life. It's gross. We walked down the street until we saw a shreiker. It screams are ear piercing. It's like opra singer. It makes your ears bleed.I grabbed a gun and shot it in the throat.It stopped screaming but was still alive. So I shot it in the the throat again. It dropped to the ground. We all made it to the next building. It was a apartment building. Key word here. WAS! Past tense. Not present.
"Hey.I guess we can chill out here for a bit. Right?"Laura asked.
"Well I say we should keep moving."I said. Kaleb nodded. "Lyrics right. We have to. There are way to many of those zombies out there. Plus the shreikers. We wouldnt last five minuets out there."Kaleb said. "Well of course you would agree your her boyfriend!"Laura screached. I just rolled my eyes.
