Fuyu's pov

The next day, Naruto was put into a team. I was really curious to know who were going to be his teammates and his sensei. I was sitting near the gate, on a bench with my teammates and my sensei. "So, how are you doing?" Daisuke-sensei asked.

"Good. The missions I was sent on all were a success." I said. "How about you?"

"I'm going to become a jounin!" Kai said. "Jugo is going to try becoming one too!"

"We're both going to become jounin, of course!" Juro added. "We're not going to fall behind on you!"

I chuckled. "I think I'm going to go see Naruto. I really want to know who are his teammates. And who's his sensei."

"We'll come with you!" Kai and Juro said at the same time. "How about you, Daisuke-sensei?"

"I've got a mission to go to, sorry." Daisuke-sensei said. "Have fun!"

Daisuke-sensei left and Kai, Juro and I went to the Academy. We came just in time to see Naruto rushing out to talk to a girl with pink hair. When the girl just walked away, he looked up at us. "NEE-CHAN!" he exclaimed before hugging me.

"So Naruto, who are your teammates?" I asked him with a smile.

"I'm teamed up with Sakura-chan!" Naruto said happily. He got a dreamy look on his face. "And with Sasuke-teme." he added, losing the smile on his face.

"What is so bad about that? I told you once making friends with someone you never expected to be friends with is good, right? I'm sure you'll get used to him." I told him.

"And who's your sensei?!" Jugo asked Naruto.

"After the introduction, we only found out his name. His name is Kakashi Hatake." Naruto replied. I panicked a bit. I knew Kakashi-san had sent back every team he got.

"Good luck tomorrow then." I said. "I need to make up for the time I haven't spent time with them." I pointed at Kai and Juro.

"Let's go training together!" Kai exclaimed. "We haven't done that in ages!"

"Sure thing!" Juro said. "We'll need to train for becoming jounin anyway!"

I chuckled. "Let's go then. See you later, Naruto!"

When we ran into Kakashi-san, I asked him why he didn't tell me sooner that he was going to be Naruto's sensei - okay, demanded to know.

"I knew you would react like this. You know I only let people pass when they posses a certain skill."

"I know that." I said. "But you could've just told me, you know? It's not like I would kill you, right?"

Kakashi-san gave me a closed eye smile. "I expected to hear an entire rant. Maybe I could've told you after all."

I sweatdropped. "All I can do is hoping he'll make it anyway..." I muttered. "I understand you can't let someone pass who doesn't even know what teamwork means."

The next day, someone knocked on my door when I was having lunch (I eat my lunch quite late). I opened the door and saw a very happy Naruto. "I PASSED! I'M A NINJA NOW, DATTEBAYO!"

"Congratulations Naruto!" I told him with a smile on my face. "Did you know that my father was his sensei?"

Naruto's eyes started to sparkle. "MY SENSEI WAS THE FOURTH STUDENT?! THAT'S SO AWESOME!" he exclaimed.

I chuckled. "You remind of my teammates a lot." I told him. "When they were your age, they were just as hyperactive as you."

"REALLY?!" Naruto asked.

"I'll admit, you might even be worse. In a good way, though." I replied. "Anything else you want me to know?"

"I'M GOING TO BEAT SASUKE! DATTEBAYO!" he exlaimed. "I'll prove I'm a better ninja than him!"

"A bit of rivalry, huh? That could be good for achieving goals faster." I told him with a smile. Naruto laughed sheepishly before saying goodbye and leaving.
