Mission to capture the Nibi

Fuyu's pov

While I was doing something with Itachi in his room, Pein wanted to see me. It was Zetsu who told me, after he rose up from the floor, invading our privacy. "I'll be right back." I said before I went to Pein's office.

After I heard what I had to do, I got my ninja aquipment and waited for the ones I had to do this mission with to show up too.

*timeskip no jutsu*

I was running through a sewer, chasing the Jinchuuriki of the Nibi. I was with Hidan and Kakuzu. We were trying to let her go somewhere were she couldn't go anywhere.

After a while, she couldn't go anywhere. The only was for her to fight us. She stood in a fighting stance and the Nibi soon stood in front of us. "This one truly becomes the beast itself." Kakuzu stated.

"That won't be a problem." I stated before getting in a fighting stance as wel.

After a long fight, the blonde Jinchuuriki was unconscious and Hidan was doing his ritual. To both me and Kakuzu, that was a total waste of time.

*timeskip no jutsu*

We were walking towards the place where we would get the bounty. Kakuzu was carrying the dead monk over his shoulder.

We got the money from the man who was there and we left again. After a while, we saw a small team from Konoha, concisting off Kotetsu, Izumo, Shikamaru and Asuma.

"I'll take care of them!" Hidan exclaimed before he started fighting Asuma. Asuma did quit well, not getting hit by Hidan's scythe. Shikamaru was trying to capture Hidan in his Shadow Possession, but Hidan kept avoiding it.

When he was caught, Asuma cut of his head. They all were relieved they took down one, but their expression changed when Hidan started talking again.

They weren't expecting someone who they 'killed' to start talking again. "Didn't see that coming, did ya?" I asked casually. "He does that from time to time."

It looked like Shikamaru was analyzing everything that happened. He surely was someone with great potential for being a great strategist. It was quite possible it had improved from what I've seen during the Chunin exams.

"Hidan. We don't have time for this." I stated. "We don't want to keep Leader-sama waiting, do we?"

The four of them had finally seemed to recognize me. Their eyes widened when they figured it out.

"Fuyu...?" Asuma questioned. "Is that you?"

"The one and only Fuyu Namikaze." I replied.

"Asuma-sensei, we must treat her as an enemy." Shikamaru stated. "She's an Akatsuki member after all."

"I know Shikamaru." Asuma said. "But we need to deal with those other two first. It doesn't seem like she's planning on helping them anytime soon."

"You're right about that, Asuma." I said. "They wouldn't want me to help them anyway."

I looked as the fight continued. I needed to figure out how to save them without making myself suspicious. Asuma had done quite well, but was hit by Hidan's scythe, which ment Hidan could use his ability. I watched as he started to draw his circle, but the others didn't notice it.

He used his ability, making sure that if he got hurt, Asuma would get the exact same injury at the exact same spot. Kotetsu and Izumo were fighting Kakuzu at the time, using their teamwork. 

While Hidan got burned, Asuma got burned as well and had scars from it all over his face. "Hidan. Kakuzu. Let's get going." I said. "It doesn't seem like they're a challenge anyway."

"But were in the middle--" Hidan muttered.

"We still need to seal the Nibi, Leader-sama is waiting for us." I said. "Do you want him to be angry at us?"

Hidan didn't listen and Kakuzu was still fighting Kotetsu and Izumo, though he was on the winning side. He already was strangling the two of them with his wires.

In the meanwhile, I saw Hidan was already ready to stab himself, but Shikamaru was already trying to get Hidan out of his circle with his Shadow Possession. 'He's really good at analyzing. I'm surprised he figured it out this fast.' I thought.

Even though he got Hidan out of the circle, Hidan was still able to kill Asuma by stabbing himself while Asuma was connected to him. Right after, reinforcements were coming.

At the same time, we've got a message from Pein, saying we were going to seal the Nibi. As we took our leave, no one came after us. They were too busy with the dying Asuma Hidan had left behind.

Still keeping up my act, I wacked the back of Hidan's head. "Told ya." I said.

We found a proper place and sat down. It started raining after a while, to Hidan's displease. "Does it have to fucking rain?! We have to sit here for three damn days!"

"Stop complaining." Kakuzu told Hidan. Hidan shut up immediately and all three of us let a hologram appear in the place we had to seal the Nibi. Each of us at another finger. Now it was going to be three days and three nights of using chakra for this.

FACT ABOUT FUYU: She's a pacifist, but she is willing to fight for her loved ones when she has to and she can punch people very hard when she's pissed at that person
