Chunin exams

Naruto's pov

"NEE-CHAN! NEE-CHAN!" I exclaimed while running towards her house. She just got back from a very important and dangerous mission.

"What do you want to tell me, Naruto?" she asked.

"I'VE GOT AN A-RANK MISSION!" I replied.

Her eyes widened. "WHAT?! But you're merely genin!" she said. "What was it about?"

"We had to protect a drunk bridge builder from the land of Waves! He named the bridge after me, Dattebayo!" I replied with a grin.

"Naruto!" I heard Sakura-chan yell. "We still need to report to the Hokage!"

"IT'S FINE!" I yelled back. "I WAS JUST TELLING MY NEE-CHAN ABOUT THE MISSION!"

"So she's this Sakura-chan..." Fuyu-chan muttered while looking at Sakura-chan. "Don't you think you should worry about other things instead?"

I nodded. "I am worrying about that too!" I replied.

"Sasuke, good to see you again too." Fuyu-chan told Sasuke. "Did someone get injured?"

"I WAS POISONED, KAKASHI-SENSEI WASN'T ABLE TO MOVE FOR THREE DAYS AND SASUKE ALMOST DIED!" I replied.

"She asked me, dope." Sasuke said.

Fuyu-chan sighed. She was admired by Sakura for being the Fourth's daughter and a good kunoichi while she and Kakashi-sensei were trying to get me and Sasuke to stop fighting. "NARUTO UZUMAKI! SASUKE UCHIHA! STOP FIGHTING, NOW!" she shouted. Sasuke and I quickly stopped fighting. If she would put your last name behind your first, you know she was serious. Sakura glared at us, looking confused.

"You should really teach me how to do that." Kakashi-sensei told her.

"Maybe later. I thought you had to report this mission?" she replied with a smirk. "I'll walk along, I need to see Hokage-sama anyway."

A few months later

Fuyu's pov

I layed down on my bed, worrying about Naruto. He was now taking the chunin exams, the written exam. I knew he didn't have the brightest mind, so that was what worried me. The first stage of the exam was always different and I didn't know how it would be this time.

On the other hand, he could make it with his determination for becoming Hokage. 'I hope you're doing well, Naruto.' I thought.

I suddenly heard a knock on the door. I opened it and saw Juro. "Juro, what are you doing here?" I asked.

"You, me, Ichiraku's." he replied.

"As friends, right?" I asked. It couldn't be that he would want it to be more than friends, right? I mean, he's focused on becoming a great shinobi and I couldn't imagine him worrying about love.

He nodded quickly. "Of course!" he said. "I'll pay!"

"Since when are you offering to pay?" I questioned. "I thought you didn't like paying for others?"

"I don't like paying for Kai, for you and Daisuke-sensei I'm willing to pay!" he replied.

"NEE-CHAN!" I heard an all too familiar voice behind me. "I'VE PASSED THE WRITTEN EXAM, DATTEBAYO!"

"When will the next exam start?" Juro asked. "I thought it was the same day?"

"THAT'S RIGHT! I NEED TO GO NOW!" Naruto exclaimed before running away. I chuckled. He can be such an idiot sometimes...

"Naruto surely has spirit, hasn't he?" I heard a voice. It was Kai's voice. "Why wasn't I invited?!"

"Because you're a baka." Juro replied.

"You're a baka!"

"I'm not! You are!"

"No, you are!"

"I'm not! You are!"

"SHUT UP, GUYS!" I shouted. "If you're going to argue, you better do it somewhere else!" Kai and Juro immediately stopped arguing.

"We're sorry, Fuyu-san." Kai said.

"Guys, it's fine! I'm not that scary, right?" I replied with a light smile.

"Sometimes you are really scary..." Juro muttered. "Like when we were on that mission and that guy flirted with you. You were really scary and me and Kai were afraid you would do the same to us if we did anything wrong..."

"Don't be. Only if I use your last names, then I'm serious." I replied. "But you're not that stupid to piss me off anymore, right?" I may have kicked their asses once, shortly after our squad was formed. They pissed me off and I wasn't as patient as I am now back then.

"Juro, will you pay for me? I don't have any money with me..." Kai muttered.

"Fine..." Juro muttered. "Just this one time, though." Kai nodded and said 'thank you' a lot of times. "And don't order too much! I don't want to be bankrupt at the end."

"Of course not!" Kai replied. "Four ramen please!"

I updated againn! The weekend was great, by the way! It was really fun and we enjoyed ourselves a lot!
