Lilly's mom came to the table with garlic bread and Paul and Lilly acted like nothing happened with the milk incident, Lilly's mom took a sip of her milk and Paul and Lilly made fast eye contact.After dinner lilly went to her room and laid out a outfit to wear to school she picked out black jeans,a soft knitted light blue sweater, and white high top "converse" sneakers. Lilly's mom was fashion designer for her own brand they live in a white mansion,Lilly then brushed her teeth and put her hair in a braid then went to bed.The Curtis family lives in a small but perfect house,Darry was gonna go to college but then his parents passed so he now is employed.Soda is 16 he dropped out of school to help Darry pay bills,food,gas etc. he works at a gas station with Steve.The next morning Lilly woke up and did a little dance she was very excited she got dressed and did her hair she went downstairs and ate breakfast.Paul had just woke up and he got ready for work which he works with Darry, Darry and Paul were close friends even when his parents passed Paul was there for Darry, Paul and Darry are the same age.Lilly was now at school talking to her cousin before the bell rang,hey Cherry lilly said in a excited tone hey Lilly Cherry said in a girly voice I have someone for you to meet later.Oh ok, Lilly was thinking of Pony he walked right by Lilly and said good morning morning she replied. Just than the bell rang and everyone ran into the school, after a few classes it was lunch Cherry lead Lilly to 2 tall boys they were waiting in the court yard for Cherry. Finally the school day was over Cherry walked home Lilly, Ponyboy thought about trying to warn Lilly about Bob and Randy but without Cherry being involved in our conversation. Cherry has second thoughts about dating Bob but she really loves him. Pony wondered why it was so hard to talk to Lilly when he wanted she was either with Cherry or with Marcia and it was hard to get her alone. When pony boy got home he saw that there was company over, but not the normal company that usually came over.
