Lilly's POV
Paul and I got home "Soo how come you were in the bathroom with the phone?" Paul asked "I could just sense you were gonna ask that" I said defensively. I looked both ways out my bedroom door (for dramatic effect) then pulled Paul in my room and closed the door like I had just abducted him I could tell he was very confused. "What the he**" "listen Paul, you can't tell anyone not even yourself if you tell anyone I'll skin you!!!" "On with it" he said jokingly "today Pony's..... lips met... my lips and it was so awesome." "HE KISSED YOU???!!!!!" Paul said filling with rage and surprise. He got up and ran to the phone in my room "Paul we can resolve this, Pony kissed me sympathetically.... I think" I said like I really had to think.'' "NO BOY SHOULD EVER KISS MY LITTLE KID SISTER OR ELSE" "yeah right or else." "DEATH" he yelled "listen listen you can't tell anyone but.......I..I..like Pony" "Paul looked at me with a face like in any second his eyes would roll back in his head and he'd pass out. *RRRRRIIIINNNGGGG RRINNGG* the phone started to ring "hey honey" I heard a woman's voice say "HEY MOM" "oh it's mom I wanna talk." We both listened to the phone Paul had been holding it "hi mom" "hi Lilly" "guess what I'm coming home tomorrow" "yayyyyyyyyyyyy." Paul and I had screamed through the phone I think we had just killed moms ear drum. I was so excited, mom was gonna be home, and my birthday was right around the corner the 27th it was also October. If I could have one birthday wish it would be to see my dad again I missed him so much I haven't seen him In 8 months I'm worried about him. I could tell Paul was missing him the most, they used to play football together and things dads do with their sons.Mom was at a really long business meeting and really important I hate when she's gone, I'm so happy to finally be able to tell her about and Pony and Randy. "Hey kiddo want to go to Dairy Queen?" "You betchya" we both looked at each other and raced to the car. We were at our table minding our own business when Randy came up to my table and asked to see me. I don't think I was breathing just then. We went to a less crowded area, "Lilly I'm so so very sorry" he said like he might pop with anxiety. "Listen Randy, I've gotta go" I said trying to sneak away "Lilly just spare me a minute of your time, I don't know what came over me." " Well I know something did that's for sure" I said as I tried to back away. "LILLY WAIT" by now the whole entire restaurant was looking at us, I turned around he came closer to me which really made me nervous and that the fact that Paul couldn't watch me if something went wrong made me EVEN more nervous. Randy had stopped maybe about an inch away from me and started to lean in to kiss me, I was frozen in my tracks I didn't know what to do I accepted the kiss for about 4 seconds. Pulled away and yelled "WHAT THE HE** DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING" then I took somebody's drink took off the top and splashed him. I went to walk away but I ran into Paul, I looked at him for 2 seconds then ran out the door to the car.He came after me "Lilly, hey are you okay?" "I just don't know what his problem is" I said as he started the car. "Well I think he's a boy that's not used to controlling himself" "yeah you got that right" I said sarcastically.
