J E N N I EAfter I received an earful from Rachel, Kurt, Skylar, and even Santana, I realized that I went too far yesterday. Rachel and Kurt told Santana about what happened yesterday and she scolded me.
I knocked on the dance room's door before entering. "What do you want Kim? I'm working." Cassie said harshly. "I came to apologize. Yesterday, I overstepped my boundaries as your student." I said sincerely.
"It's just that you keep on messing with me. At first, I brushed it off but it really angered me after my performance with Victoria. We worked really hard on that and for you to tell us it was above average enraged me." I told her honestly.
"Stop speaking. Look...you lost it and you lashed out, same as I did ten years ago. Except, all it took for you to snap was honest feedback in dance class. And you expect to make it in the industry?" She questioned.
"All there is in this industry is criticism and judgment." Cassie continued. "If someone was to record that, you'd have to kiss your hopes and dreams goodbye." Ms. July told me bluntly.
"You have only one chance in this line of work. You screw it up, you're done. You're that crazy actress. And why would anybody want to work with you?" She asked.
"Because you're talented." I answered. "I was great. But that doesn't make a difference, because I wasn't ready for the pressure. Believe me, it's a whole lot more vicious out there than it is in here." Cassie continued.
"That's why I pick on my students. I want them to be ready." She finished. "I know I still have some work to do." I stated. "A lot of work to do actually." She corrected me and I rolled my eyes. "Is that all you wanted?" Cassandra asked. "Yes." I answered.
