"So San, Christmas is coming up and I was wondering if we are giving each other Christmas gifts?" I asked my best friend. "Do you want to? I didn't think you would want to do stuff like that?" She responded.

"Of course I want to. Besides the obvious feelings between us, it would be nice if I got my best friend received a gift." I said sincerely. Santana then interlocked both of her pinkies with mines.

"Aw, Jen. Okay, let's do it. We can exchange the gifts at my place sometime this week." Santana smiled. "Sounds like a plan." I smiled. She then shut her locker and we were off to our first-period class.

We walked all the way there with our pinkies interlocked of course. That became our thing, it's way less subtle than holding hands.

While I was sitting down in the glee club room, Finn brought in this rugged tree while Santana brought in boxes of decorations. Her neighbor had endless boxes of Christmas decorations in her basement so, Santana stole some of them.

It was funny because the two of us were on FaceTime while she was doing it. The entire time she was breaking into her neighbor's house, we were on the phone with each other.

We decided to put the tree up and the decorations on the tree before Mr. Schuester arrives. It didn't take us too long since there's a lot of us in the glee club. "What's all this?" Mr. Shue asked as he entered the glee club room.

"We are trying to get into the Christmas spirit, Mr. Schue. Christmas is my favorite holiday. And check out this awesome tree. I found it on the side of the road. It must have fallen off some guy's car." Finn responded.
