Y/N's POV:

I am freaking out. One minute I was fine, the next I was curled into a ball on the floor, hugging myself, my head rested on my knees. The day has come that I'm gonna marry the love of my life, prove to myself and the red room that I was always worthy of the love that was given to me, the love that I ignored, argued that I didn't deserve.

I take a deep breath doing my best to relax before standing back up, moving my fingers to my mouth chewing on my nails, looking out of the window and towards the venue. The venue we picked is gorgeous, there was plenty of open space where we put up an altar outside, covering it in ivy and lily of the valley.

I sigh going back to pacing around my dressing room, throwing glances at my suit. Everything's going to be fine, I'm good enough, Natasha deserves me and I deserve Natasha. I run my fingers over my black suit with minimal black embroidery just to give it a bit extra.

"Stop overthinking."

I jump at the sudden voice turning around to see Bucky and I smile sadly at him. He smiles gently walking over to me, sitting down on the chair beside me, signalling for me to do the same. I hesitate slightly before eventually sitting down.

"Hey, Buck."

"What's going on? You're literally in bits, I've never seen you like this. Tell me what's going through your head."

I sigh resting my elbows on my knees, placing my head in my hands feeling my eyes begin to brim with tears.

"I'm scared Buck, what if she doesn't want me anymore? Or what if we get married and she realises she's made a mistake? Or what if this is all just a long-winded joke that everyone has gone along with?"

I turn to face him and I frown seeing an angry look on his face.

"Y/N, how could you even say that? As much as I love you, you're being so fucking stupid right now and if I'm honest, it's taking me everything not to punch you."

I scoff slightly looking away from him, glancing down at him when he moves to kneel in front of me, taking my hands in his.

"Y/N, Natasha loves you more than anything, she's told me plenty of time that you're her soulmate, she'd never want anybody but you, you hear me?"

I nod slightly sniffling and he wipes my eyes smiling gently.

"It probably doesn't help that you're sat in here all alone where your thoughts can take over as much as they want to. I'll go get the rest of the boys yeah? You get yourself dressed and ready, don't you worry about anything else okay? It's all going to be fine."

I nod leaning into his hand, wiping my eyes before pulling away to let him stand up. I crack my fingers from nerves, immediately getting a glare from Bucky because I know he's always hated it when I do that.

"Sorry, it's a habit. Also, before you get the boys, can you do me a favour?"

He nods confused turning his full attention back to me.

"Of course, what is it?"

"Can you go and make sure this is what Natasha wants? Just a bit of extra reassurance for me? Pretty please?"

He sighs gently but then nods smiling softly placing a kiss on the top of my head.

"Anything for my little sister."

I look up at him smiling more than I was previously pulling him in for a tight hug, resting my head on his chest. I feel his chest vibrate as he chuckles wrapping his arms around me, resting his chin on top of my head.
