Our Shadow Love / Laurence x Garroth / Part two

Garroth's Pov

While looking around the room, waiting for Laurence to come back. I picked up a dusty photo frame. I blow the dust off the photo to find a old photo of Laurence and I when we use to work together. I miss those times. Laurence and I been best friends like forever. Just thinking of us being a thing is making me nervous. Since, what will my parents think? Mostly my father, but I loved Laurence. Every time I see him my heart flutters. I have butterflies in my stomach. Laurence even been their when I'm sad or mad. I just didn't want to disappoint my father, but he was forcing me to marry someone that I didn't even know or loved. Even the girl, Nicole she didn't know me or loved me. How do I know? She told me. She even told me the man she loved. I was very supported of her, but like me she was scared to disappoint her father. I knew what she mean. Disappointing a parent or both is like the worst feeling. Yes I did disappoint my parents once for not being the lord of O'Khasis. Of course I don't want to follow my fathers footsteps, but I still didn't want to completely disappoint him.

Soon my thoughts have been interrupted by Laurence coming in unannounced. "Have you made up your mind?" Laurence asked me. I inhaled then slowly exhaled. I went up to him. "Laurence, please don't leave me. I want to stay with you." I said. My cerulean eyes look into his blood red ones. He looked at me shocked, like he didn't image me saying that. He pulled me into a deep and passionate kiss. My heart started to race. I got butterflies in my stomach again. Soon I kissed back.  He pulls away and brushed my hair out my face. "I promise, Garroth you'll be happy." Laurence said, caressing my cheek. "Laurence..." My cheeks turn a dark red. "Your mine, Garroth. Everything your body and your love. Is all mine." Laurence whispers in my ear. My face turned even redder. "Laurence, how long have you loved me?" I asked. "I been in love with ever, since we became best friends. Of course I wanted to be more then friends with you." Laurence bring me into a embrace. He is so warm. "Your so warm, Laurence." I said. "Am I ." Laurence plastered a smirk on his face.

Laurence Pov

I did it. I have him. I had Garroth in my arm. Right now he is sleeping peacefully. Now I may be a little clingy to him, but he my whole world. He was their for me even in the hardest times. Even, the day I became a Shadow Knight. He didn't care of what I became. He still believes I'm the same old Laurence. Now it's my turn to protect him with my whole life. Right now I have him in my arms sleeping. I play with his golden locks. I look down at Garroth to see him smiling in his sleep. "Hmm, Laurence..." Garroth whispered in his sleep. He was dreaming about me! So cute. I pull him into a long embrace. I feel him wrap his arms around my neck. "I love you, Laurence." Garroth softly spoking. I smiled happily to hear him say those words. I went close to his ear and whispered. "I love you too, Gargar." He opens his eyes and pulls me into a deep passionate kiss. I can see he was pretty shy doing this, so I pulled away. I caressed his cheek and rub in circles with my thumb. Garroth blushes a deep cherry red and grab my hand, griping it. I kissed his head and laid him down. "I need to do some training. I'll be back babe." I whispered in his ear. "I'll be waiting." He smiled. I smiled back and went off to do my duty.

A couple hours went by. I couldn't wait to get back in bed and cuddle the love of my life. When I opened my bedroom door to find Garroth wasn't there. I was sad that Garroth probably escaped. I found a note on the bed, but once I finished reading it. I got seriously angry. I found out that Shad the Shadow Lord has taken Garroth as hostage! He told me if I want Garroth back I have to bring the other relics I stole and make Garroth give him Esmund relic. My hands shake I didn't know what to do. If I give Shad the relics, he probably destroy Irene! I can't though, but if I don't he will probably kill him! I can't let him kill Garroth! So, I came up with a plan to stop Shad once and for all.
