The Bite of Love (Vampire Garroth x Hunter Laurance) Part Four

Garroth's Pov:

I sat on the old throne with a book in my hand. I cross my legs and then closed my book. I thought about Laurance as I sat here. "Hmm, I wonder if Laurance going to be okay. The vampires are getting more angry. The Vampire Hunters been killing vampires left and right. I hope he is okay." I talked to myself. It's lonely here, so talking to myself is the only thing I can do. I can't go out when it's daylight or when I need blood badly. Plus I still can't control my hunger yet. It's only been a few days I know, but it's more harder then it looks. That's when I thought to visit Laurance. It's night and I'm not hungry. So, why not. I got up and put my book down on the throne. I turned into a bat and flaps off. I learned this bat thing faster then any other vampire powers.

Once, I made it to Laurance house. I looked around the house to see if any windows are opened. I did see one cracked open. I slip through. Turning human and looked around the house. Until, I got to the bedroom. I didn't see Laurance anywhere. My heart started to race when I didn't see Laurance in his bed and his window is wide open. His room is a mess. Like a struggle just happened. "Laurance?!" I called out. Nothing. I turned in to a bat and flew out the window as I called his name. I cried out his name. I flew to the Clinic and saw a window opened a little. I flew in the window. I saw Aphmau sleeping her bed. I squeaked in her ear. She gasped in and got up. Aphmau saw me and tilt her head at me. I spin around and turning into an human. "Aphmau, Laurance is missing! I can't fine him. His window was opened and his room is a mess like he was in a struggle!" I shook her as I cry. "Calm down, Garroth please. Take a deep breath and we can figure this out." Aphmau tried to calm me down. I took a deep breath. Once I did and looked at her. "Okay, you said that Laurance is missing right?" Aphmau asked. "Yes, I don't know where he is..." I sobbed. "Okay, hmm. Let's get the town together. Everyone loved Laurance, so they can help find any leads to find him." Aphmaus smiles a little. "Great idea!" I gasped.

We got everyone to help us. It is a surprise really. The Vampire Hunters got pissed off. They knew a vampire took Laurance. They had their crossbows ready. They are ready to kill any vampire in their way. I don't blame them. Laurance is the best Vampire Hunter in this town. If Laurance dies, his legend will die soon too. They also be nothing without Laurance. He knows whos a vampire and who isn't. That made him the leader of the Vampire Hunters. I did find out that Laurance had bad experience with vampires. His family was murdered by vampires when he was younger. This is why Laurance became a Vampire Hunter. I don't blame him for becoming a Vampire Hunter. Since, I don't know what it's like to have my family members murder by vampires. Must been tough for Laurance. His hate for vampires only grew for revenge. Image that... Still I want to save Laurance. Vampire Hunters aren't bad people. They just have a fear of vampires and for good reason. They might have a fear for any reason like for example. Like Laurance had his whole family killed by vampires. Maybe they had someone turned into a vampire. They got bitten by one. Or it can be a reason like they grew up in fear of the stories about vampires. So, I don't blame these Hunters for being paranoid and scared of vampires. Anyhoo we need to find some trace on where Laurance could of gone. "Mr. Ro'Meave!" Called one Hunter. "Found anything?" I asked. "Yes, we found Laurance's Vampire Hunter necklace. This necklace is the leaders." Said the Hunter. "How can you tell the difference?" I asked. "Well, all Vampire necklaces have just a bat on it, but the leader has a bat with ruby's in the bats eyes." The Hunter shows me the difference. "Alright then. Where did you find it?" I asked. "Follow me, Mr. Ro'Meave." The Hunter walked off. 

I followed him to a forest and points at a tree. "I left the note there, so I can see what you think." Said the Hunter. I walked up to the note. "If you ever want to see Laurance again. You need to met me at the old mansion. Come alone and Laurance won't be harmed. Yes, I'm talking to you Garroth. See you soon." From a unknown person. My heart raced as I read this. "Mr. Ro'Meave what can we do! Laurance is our best man." Said the Hunter. "Don't worry, I have a plan. I want you guys to stay near the mansion. When I call your name come out and kill him if you have to." I said. "Okay, we are going to trust you. Any friend of Laurance is a friend of ours." He smirked. We now need to make a plan. We got everyone together. The Hunters had holy water, stakes, and garlic. We have to make sure this is enough to save Laurance. I need Laurance to be saved. I can't let that vampire to kill Laurance. "Okay everyone is everyone ready. We have Aphmau just in case of healing. We got extra hands. So everyone. Once Garroth gives us the signal. We storm the mansion and attack. Let's just hope that this plan does not fail. If we fail Laurance could be killed or turned into one those blood suckers. Got it everyone!" Yelled one the Hunters. "Yes sir!" Yelled the others. Well, I know that they are loyal to Laurance. We are ready to go. Laurance we are coming!
