Laurance's Pov:

My eyes slowly crack open. I slowly sat up and saw I'm in a ruin cabin. "Oh no, where am I?" I rub my head. I stood up and sighed. I pat down my pants to get the dust off. Rubbing my head again and sighed. I turn left to right. "This cabin looks like the old man cabin, just more ruin..." I whispered. I walk to a painting. It's the painting of the boy. He hold a teddy bear and wears a out of place necklace. "Wait a minute... This is out of place, but I need to cut it out..." I thought. I search around for something sharp. Opening a wardrobe to find a sharp dagger shoved in a in the wardrobe door. There is also writing carved by the dagger. "You have betrayed me. Now, I'll steal the one thing you stole from me. MY MEMORIES AND YOUTH!" I read. I take out the dagger. "Someone betrayed someone. Now they want revenge, since they took their memories and youth... I wonder if I can met someone that can tell who wrote this." I sighed. I went back to the painting and carve out the out off place thing. It fell to the ground and I slowly bent down to pick it up. It's shape like an apple, but it's gold an shaped like it's suppose to be place somewhere else. So, I decided to put it in my pocket just in case. "I need to find a way out of here." I thought to myself. I walk to the front door and tried to open it. "Huh, I'm locked in here. There is only a keyhole. Means I need to find a key or a lockpick around here." I thought to myself. Turning my head to a table with books all over it. Making my way to the table. I search around the table. The only thing I found is a lockpick. "Good thing, Garroth taught me lockpicking. I don't know what was the point of him learning lockpicking, if he just going to keep breaking the doors. Well, it's useful for me, so it doesn't matter." I shrugged. I went to the door and started to lockpick the door. That's until I heard a click. Throwing down the pick and opening the door. "Okay, just be calm. Do it for Garroth. Find him and we get to go home." I take a big breath.

Slowly walking down a dirt road in the forest. It's almost like the forest that Garroth and I were driving at. So, strange... I was stopped from a lighting strike in front of me. My eyes widen when the old man appeared. "You should just give up boy. Your little partner is the last person I need. So, give up. You'll never escape." The man cackled and disappeared. "Laugh all you want, but your aren't stopping me from saving him." I snarl. Walking down a path, until I fell into a hole. I hit the ground pretty hard. I groaned in pain. "Ah, that was a nice fall.. I didn't see that..." I rub my head. "You okay, young lad." I heard a cold voice. I sat up and turn my back. I saw a old woman, but there is a scary part about her. She looks like the young woman I saw in the spell-book. Even though her hair is gray. I can tell she that brunette. She has the same hazel eyes, hair length, and the same outfit. "Wait a minute. You're that girl that in that spell-book." I jumped up. "Oh, I see you found that book. I don't really remember what happen... All I remember is coming home from work, until the fog came. If I only had that amulet, then I could remember." She sighs. "Where is the amulet?" I asked. "It's up there, but some the stairs are broken. I would of fixed them so long ago, but I'm to weak to do anything." She sighs. "Maybe if I can help her. She can tell me what going on." I thought. I looked at her and sighs. "I'll get it, then." I said. "Thank you so much. Please bring the amulet quickly." She smiles. I nodded and walked to the stairs.

"Hmm, looks like she wasn't lying. I need to find something to fell the gap." I thought to myself. I turn my head to a weird stone. I saw it had an apple shape carve on the stone. I pull out the golden shape apple and place it in the stone. The cave shook and I watch as vines grew over the gap. "Well, that works." I shrugged. I slowly walked up the stairs to reach them top. There is  a pedestal with a amulet of a tree on it. I pick it up, then I started to get a huge headache. "I need to give this to her, fast..." I sighed. I sprinted down the stairs to the lady. "Hey, I got you the amulet. When I picked it up, I got a headache. Why, did that happened?" I asked, while handing her the amulet. "Ah, I remember..." She smiles. She slowly turns young again. "Thank you, lad. I only remember somethings. First of all. When you picked up the amulet. That headache means that your not the right person to hold the amulet. Now, all I can remember is. I'm Emma Summers, an thirty-seven year old lady. I just wanted to go home to my husband and kids, until the crash from the fog. An old man took me in when I crashed my car near by. He gave some tea and fainted. I woke up and I was an elder. The old man was young again. That's when I realized that I walked into a trap. That man stole my memories and youth. You need to stop him. I heard that he has his last victim." She said. "Yeah that's my fiance." I said. "Oh dear, honey. You need to hurry then. Your love will soon become what I was." Emma said. "How can I save him in time?" I asked. "Well, take this amulet. It'll help you stop him, but you need four more from each victim. Yes, there is more people here. Once you stop him we can be free to go back home. I'll help you get to the next level." Emma smiles. "Thank you so much." I smile. She smiles and opens a portal. I wave to her and jumped in. Once again the colors didn't help. I can't stop now! I fell out and hit the ground and knocked out once again.

Flashback Laurance's Pov:

"I don't understand why you want to be my friend, Garroth. I'm just a loser." I sighed. "You're no loser. You're a great friend. I couldn't ask for a better friend like you." Garroth smiles at me. My heart felt so flustered. This guy... I can't help, but to fall in love with him. "Wait, what is wrong with you, Laurance! Snap out of it! He probably doesn't like you that way, baka!" I thought to myself. "You okay, Laurance? Your spacing out over there." Garroth said in a worried tone. "I'm fine! Just thinking." I sighed. "Want to talk about it?" Garroth asked. "I'll tell you when I'm ready..." I said. "I'll wait." He smiles at me. I smiled back. I gave him a big hug and he hugged me back. Garroth gave me something that made me happy.... That is... Love...
