A swim to remember (Mermaid Katelyn x Human Travis)

Nobodies Pov:

Every day the princess of the merkindom and the prince of the human kingdom visit each other. They fell in love at first sight. Princess Katelyn saved Prince Travis from drowning when a storm hit his ship. They still rememmber that time like it was yesterday.

"Prince Travis a storm is rolling in!" Yelled Captain Garroth. "Oh no, be careful we don't want to hit a-" Travis didn't have time to finish. Since, the ship hit a huge rock. Travis, fell out of the ship and washed away in the waves. He screams and cries for help, but he is so far that the crew couldn't reach him. Travis though this is the end. He'll die here in the middle of the ocean. What will his father think? As Travis sank down in the ocean. His eyes slowly close. That's until he saw a female with blue hair swim up to him. She grabs his limp body and swam up to the surface. Travis gasped of air. "Huh?!" He look at the girl. His cheeks heat up as he saw the most beautiful girl he as ever met. Travis saw she didn't have legs, but a long tail. "A mermaid?..." Travis said in a weak voice. "It's okay, I'll get you home. Hold on." She smiles. Travis held onto her. She swam, while Travis faints.

Soon Travis woke up on a beach. He saw the mermaid next to him. "I'm alive or in heaven? Since, I see an angel in front of me." Travis make a low chuckle. "If you weren't in this situation I'll punch thoses lips off." She smiles a little. He smiled, until he heard my father call out. The mermaid turn her head to him. Travis' father looks at the mermaid surprised. "Dad, she saved my life... What happened to the crew?" Travis asked. "They are fine, Travis. Ma'am tell me your name. I need to reward you for what you did for my son." The king smiles. "I'm Princess Katelyn and I want your sons hand in marriage." Katelyn blushes. Travis' cheeks burn up. "My sons hand in marriage? Even a princess?! Well, Travis?" The king looks at me. "Um, I'll love to, but how can we be together if your a mermaid and I'm human." Travis looks at her. "I'll become human and marry you on the land. My step sister can take over the Merkingdom." Katelyn smiles. Prince Travis is shocked on how he almost died. Now, he is getting married to a mermaid! What is this for Travis? A nightmare that turned into a dream? Travis is going to marry a girl that is his type. Beautiful, strong, and just so charming! For a lady that's bonus! Travis never felt so happy to get married in his life. Travis did have many princess that wanted to marry him. Plus his father also help out with some those plans. Travis rejected them all. He didn't feel like they are the one. He wants the one. Katelyn seems to be this one. "Please come back soon, Katelyn..." I said, sadly. "Don't worry, Travis. I'll be back soon. Trust me. I'll find a way for me to become human. I'll be human for you." Katelyn eyes sparkled at Travis. Katelyn soon waved goodbye for now and jumps back into the ocean. Travis waves a little. He hopes she comes soon. He doesn't want to lost the love of his life already.

Prince Travis waited and waited. For Princess Katelyn to return. She hasn't return yet, but he still has hope that she is trying. Travis sits on the rails on his balcony as he watches the birds fly pass. He sighed sadly. That's when he heard a know at the door. "Who is it?" I asked. "It's me, Kawaii~Chan, Travis~Kun." Called a sweet girl. "Come in." Travis called out. She opened the door. A pink Meif~wa walked in. Kawaii~Chan is Travis' childhood best friend and maid. She supports Travis anyway she can. "Travis~Kun, what's been bothering you lately. You're starting to make Kawaii~Chan nervous..." She walks up. Travis knew she was just wanting to know, but can he tell her the truth. Then he thought. Kawaii~Chan is his childhood friend. He shouldn't keep secrets from her. "Well, a month ago. A beautiful mermaid saved my life. She promised to marry me when she is human. She still hasn't return..." Travis makes a sad sigh. Kawaii~Chan pat Travis' back to tell him. Not to give up hope. If he gives up. He'll never be with her. Travis smiles at her. That's until a guard burst in. "I'm sorry about disturbing you Prince Travis, but a woman with blue hair told me she is your future bride!" The guard pants as if he out of air. Travis eyes widen and immediately sprinted out to the main hall.

Once Travis got there. He saw her, Katelyn. Her tail is now two human legs. Travis couldn't believe this. The girl that promise him, she'll be back. Wasn't lying. She has finally came back. She had a beautiful smile on her face. Travis couldn't hold in his tears any longer. As single tears roll down his cheeks. She chuckled at Travis. "I didn't know you were a crybaby." She teases him. "I'm not a crybaby.i just got something in my eye." Travis wipes away tears. "Liar, you miss me that much?" Asked Katelyn. Travis looks away for a second.  Then turns back to her and noded two times. She smile gently. "I told you I'll be back. Took me a while to find everything I need to become human. Only when I'm in water I'll turn into a mermaid again, but this is our tale. A tale of happiness ahead. And remember this, Travis. This is a swim to remember." Katelyn kiss Travis.
