The Bite of Love (Vampire Garroth x Vampire Hunter Laurance) Part Two

Garroth's Pov:

I held Laurance hand as he sleeps in the bed. I hope I didn't turn him. "Laurance..." I sobbed. I cupped his hand and kiss his hand. I sob more as I wait and hope he wakes up. I lay my head on his chest. "Garroth?... Why you crying?" I heard Laurance voice. I looked up to see he awake. I grab his face and opens his mouth to see if he had fangs. I sighed in relief when I didn't see fangs. I let him go and sat back. "Thank heavens, your not a Vampire..." I sighed. "I didn't turn into one? Oh good..." Laurance sighs. I smiled at him. "Garroth, what can we do. I honestly don't know what to do to cure Zane, Vylad, and Katelyn... I feel like a failure..." Laurance sighs. "Don't say that, Laurance. Um, I found a book while your sleeping. It's a cure... Here." I gave him the cure book. Laurance was shocked. "Garroth, thank you. Will you want to be human again?" Laurance asked. "I don't know, to be honest. I want to stay like this. Since, being Vampire have more advantages then being human. I can live forever, I can do many things without aging. Maybe I can do good." Garroth smiles. Then he had a sad face. "But if it bothers you. I'll be human again..." Garroth sighed. "Hey, if you really want to be a Vampire. Just be careful, okay?" Laurance smiles. "Really! Thank you, so much!" I hug him tightly. "No problem, Garroth. Your my best friend. I don't want to hurt your feelings. I know I did that days ago, but I learned my lesson." Laurance smiled. My cheeks heated up. I want to tell Laurance the truth. I want to tell him that I love him, but maybe he doesn't have the same feelings. "What are you going to do now?" Laurance asked. "I'm going to stay here. It's for the best. I do promise to visit you." I smiled. "Of course, I hope to see you again soon." Laurance hugs me tightly. I hug him tightly. Laurance gets up and waves me goodbye. I waved back with a smile. Once he left my smile went to a frown. I sighed sadly. I just hope that he is going to be okay. Since, more Vampires have been born. I didn't tell Laurance that Zane, Vylad, and Katelyn turned into Vampires already. I was afraid to make him hate me because of it.

Laurance's Pov:

I walked home to figure out this cure. I thought about how to get all the stuff I need for the cure. Since, I don't  have any of this. Opening my house door and walking in. I put the book on the bookstand. Looking through each cure, since there is more then one cure. Like if someone just got bitten, almost a Vampire, or are a Vampire. This is actually useful. Instead of killing the Vampires. I can just turn them back to normal humans. Which is better then just killing them and getting it over. The only problem is that I need to make many of these cures. Which needs me to get the stuff that I need for this. I thought for a second. Maybe I can use it only on people that is not to brutal. Like a Vampire is more easy to use the potion on the weak one and kill the strong one? I don't know. I just need to have an idea before I do this. Well, I need to lay down. I walked to my bed and laid down. I looked up on the ceiling and sighed. I slowly closed my eyes to go to sleep.

I soon slowly opened my eyes. I heard screaming, which made me get up fast. I get and grab my crossbow. Rushing out the house. I saw a Vampire attacking, Aphmau. Aphmau is our medical nurse. I line up my crossbow and made sure it's on the target. I shot it. Making the arrow hit their arm. They fell over to the ground. Rushing over to them. "You okay, Aphmau?" I asked. "Yeah, this Vampire just came out of nowhere and tried to bite me." Aphmau pat herself down. I grab the Vampires cloak and uncover their head. To find out it was Zane! Garroth younger brother. Wait, I thought we had more time?! "Zane, why?!" Aphmau kneel down. "I'm sorry, Aphmau. Ever since Garroth turned me into a Vampire. I just been so hungry for blood." Zane sighs. "Wait, Garroth told me you had more time, before you turned into one?" I asked. "Really? When I woke up... I became this thing. Did Garroth just tell that to make you not hate him? He really likes you, Baby Laurance." Zane sighed. "Garroth told me that we had time to save them. He just told me that so I won't hate him. I need to ask him about it." I thought. "Laurance?" Aphmau called to me. "I need to find, Garroth. Aphmau take Zane in and help him." I said. "Okay, come on Zane." Aphmau take Zane inside her chic.

I rushed through the woods to find that mansion again. Garroth, better answer me for lying to me. I can't even think straight. I want to know. I found the mansion and opened the big doors fast. "Garroth! Garroth, where are you! Please come out!" I cried out. I show Garroth walk out from one the rooms. "Oh hey, Laurance. What's wrong?" Garroth asked. "Garroth, why did you lie to me..." I asked. "Lied to you about what?" Garroth asked. "You lied about the cure!" I said. "Huh, what do you mean." Garroth asked. "Zane, Vylad, and Katelyn are already Vampires are they?" I asked. Garroth turns his head why, upset. "Yeah... They are. I'm so sorry for lying to you. I should of told the truth. You hate me now, huh?" Garroth asked. "I don't hate you, Garroth. I just wish you told me this sooner. Plus, why do you keep saying that'll hate you." I asked. "Well, Laurance I need to tell you now... I'm in love with you. I loved you ever since we met." Garroth cried out. "What..." I stuttered.
