Garroth's Pov:

I woke up in a weird room. It is all dusty and cobwebs everywhere. My head is still spinning. "Man, that was a fall." I growled. "Hello, Prince Garroth I have been expecting you." Said a male in a dark cloak. "Who are you?" I asked. "People call me Shad, but I prefer Aaron." Said Aaron. "Oh, your the one Aphmau told me to met." I said. "Yes, young prince. I'm here to help you find the truth. Plus your father." Said Aaron. "How can you help?" I asked. "Well, I have a witch to help me. She can help you find this truth and your father. That's why I can help get you there" Aaron speaks. "Please anything to know the truth. I don't care what gets in my way. I'll get to that truth and save my father." I hang my head down. Aaron nodded and walks out the room. I followed with confidence in my eyes. I walked into a room to find a witch in front of the a pot. She stirs the pot and looked at me. "Good afternoon, Prince Garroth." The witch smiles. "This is Lucinda. She helps me with the potions, but she can do more." Aaron points at the witch. "Yes, I'm Lucinda. Just a normal good witch that need some coins on the side." Lucinda chuckles at me. "Yeah yeah, tell the prince what he needs to know." Aaron snarls. He is obviously not very patient. "Come here, my dear. I'll tell you everything you need to know." Lucinda smiles. I walked up to her and she threw some powder in the pot. I saw an image appear in front of me. My eyes widen as I saw my father there. "Father?" I cried. "It seems like your father is trapped in a small dungeon. Honey, your father is in great danger then... Laurance will kill your father when he capture you." Lucinda said, sadly. "What?! Why will Laurance think I'll love him after he kills my father?! I can't lose my father, but I also don't want to lose Laurance." I turn my head away. "Garrroth, it is not to late to save your father and Laurance. Freeing your father will give Laurance sometime to get you. If you get away from him and reach the truth. You can save them." Lucinda said. "I'll try my best, but where is my father?" I asked. "Your father is in a cave located here." Lucinda shows me. "Okay, I'm ready then. I know my plan and I know where to go." I smiled. "That's good. Garroth one more thing. Can you do me a little favor?" Lucinda asked. "Of course." I said. "Well, my assistant is missing. I don't have any idea where he is. If you find him. Can you please tell him to come back or write me a letter. So, I least know he is okay." Lucinda smiles. "Of course. I'll try my best." I smiled back. Lucinda is happy to hear that. "Prince Garroth. Come with me and I'll make you a portal, so you get that location faster." Aaron said. "Thank you. That be nice." I said. "Yes, now let's go." Aaron said. "Yes sir." I smiled. We walked to the  basement and saw the huge portal. Of course it not opened yet. Aaron used his magic to turn on the portal. "This portal will lead you close to the cave. I don't have enough magic to take you all the way their. I would ask Lucy, but she losing he magic." Aaron said. "What happened to your guys magic?" I asked. "Laurance, been taking all the magic from all magic beings. We were lucky enough to keep some our magic. The ones that aren't so lucky just live their lives as humans. It's a sad sight, but we can't do anything about it. So, Garroth do the right thing. Get to that truth and stop Laurance..." Aaron said. I nodded and looked at the portal. I turn my head to Aaron then back. I take a deep breath and jumped through. "Poor Prince Garroth, he will soon learn that this world is all butterflies and rainbows." Aaron sighed.

My heart race as I travel through this portal. I slammed down on the hard ground. "Ow..." I rub my head. I sat up and rub my head. "I think I hit my head to hard..." I take a deep breath. Standing up and dusting off my coat. I turn my head left and right to see where am I. I remember on the map Lucinda showed me. I'm close. Better start walking, since Lucinda did say it's the afternoon. So, it be dark very soon. Slowly walking down the dirt path to make sure I'm going the right way. I just can't afford to get lost right now. That's when I heard a cry for help. I follow the voice. I found a white hair young male hanging upside down from a rope. His whole body is tied up. "How did this happened?" I thought to myself. I walked up to the young male. "Hello, how did this happen to you?" I asked the young male. "Oh hello. Um, I kind of got myself in a pickle, huh?" He laughs, nervously. "How did you fall for this trap?" I asked. "Listen, it's my own trap... It was for you. Sir Laurance told me to do it. I was scared, so I listen and asked no questions. Since, he is so scary." Said the male. "Who are you anyways?" I asked. "I'm Travis Valkrum. I'm an assistant to a witch name Lucinda..." Travis spoke. "So, this guy is Lucinda's missing assistant. It seems like he is threatened by Laurance to capture me." I thought. "Travis, if I help you. Can you help me?" I asked. "Of course I can. I don't lie! I don't get paid to lie anyways..." Travis gasped at me. I trusted what he said and decided to find something sharp. I picked up an sharp rock. I accidentally cut my finger making drops of blood drop to the dirt. I didn't mind it and climbed up the tree. I grabbed the rope and cut it. Travis dropped to the ground. "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm fine. Ow." Travis rubs his head. I dropped down onto the ground and helped Travis up. "Thank you, your highness. I was so afraid that Sir Laurance will come back and kill me." Travis said, sadly. "No worries. Hey Lucinda has been worried about you. Why did you leave?" I asked. "I didn't leave. I just wanted to explore, but you see where that got me, but I did met a girl. A girl that made my heart race. I want to see her again. That's why I stayed. Just to see her again. She is punchy, but nice." Travis said. "Well, Lucinda told me to tell you to go back and see her or send her a letter. She been worried." I said to him. "Well, let me help you first and I'll get writing on that note when I get to the village." Travis said. "The village?" I asked. "Yeah, the village is where I met that girl. I'm staying in an Inn." Travis said. "Wait, isn't that village have the magic mirrors?" I asked. "Yep, you need crystals for each one of them. You can't just get them magically. You have to help the towns folks for them to give them up." Travis said. "Well, it won't be bad. Can you take me there?" I asked. "Of course, but why you need the mirrors?" Travis asked. "Well, I need the truth. To find out if Laurance was really frame and try to fix fate." I shake my head. "I hope you can. Sir Laurance have been more cruel lately. Any help is all we hope for." Travis said. "Alright then. Let's go." I smiled. Travis smiled back at me. We walked down the dirt path. It's nice to have someone with me. Listening to everyone. It sounds like Laurance magically change in snap. Maybe he is hiding the hate, until the right moment. Could be a million reasons. I'm now worried. What if I fail? That means I fail everyone, including my father. I can't do that. I know I kept saying it, but I want to tell myself. If I fail there is no going back. I'll be Laurance's bride, my father will die, everyone live in ruins, and etc. I can't let that happen. I want to be with Laurance, but not while everyone else suffers. I don't want that to happen that why I'm scared.

Soon we made it to the swamp. It's a smal swamp. It's not how I want to get my boots dirty, but I don't have a choice. Walking through the swamp. That's when I saw a weird looking rock. "Wait." I stopped Travis. "Huh, what's wrong?" Travis asked. "Look, that rock looks out of place. Do you see what I see?" I asked. "Yeah, that is weird." Travis said. "Let's go see what it is." I said. Travis didn't like it, but followed. I touch the rock and touched a tiny stone, making it push in. The rock spilt open. "Woah!" Travis gasped. "This is the cave, Lucinda told me my father is!" I got excited. I sprinted in with Travis. I saw two doors. I saw the keys hang on a hook in the wall. I grabbed them and walked to the right door. I unlocked it. Opening the door slowly. My eyes widen when I found the little Sprites in a small cage. I rushed to them and opened the cage. The little Sprites fly out and turn into their Mefi'wa form. "Thank you." The three said. "I'm sorry that yo three were captured." I said, sadly. "We did it for you Prince Garroth." Kawaii~Chan smiles at me. I smiled back. Is my father through the other door?" I asked. "Yes, go save him and we take him somewhere safe. While you go and find the truth." Kai said. "Thank you, again." I smiled. We walked to the next cell door. I unlocked it and opened it. My father looked up and his eyes widen as he saw me. "Dad!" I cried. "Garroth! Your okay, thank Irene." He hugs me. "Dad, I know how to stop Laurance. Please trust me..." I said. "Fine, I'll trust you, but you better be home safe." My dad told me. I nodded my head. The Sprites take my father. So, Travis and I walked out. Now, time to get back to the quest to get to the town. We made it to a bridge. "Okay, so the village is past this bridge." Travis takes me to the middle of the bridge. That's when the two Shadow Knight hounds stop us from going any further. "Garroth~" I heard a voice behind me. We turned around to see Sir Laurance. "Oh no..." We back up a little. "Awe, scared. Come on, we can go home and talk about this Garroth. I don't want to scare you. I want to protect you." Laurance walks close. "Laurance, why would you think I'll like you after you kill my father? Yes, what my father did is horrible. He didn't give you a chance, but it doesn't mean he deserves death. Please, Laurance your starting to scare me..." I had tears in my eyes. "Garroth, I know you don't understand. I promise you. I want to make sure you're okay." Laurance walks up to me.

Laurance's Pov:

"Don't worry I won't hurt you." I caress Garroth cheek. "No, Sir Laurance don't do this!" Travis ran at me. I pushed him off the bridge. Garroth gasped and tried to catch him, but failed. "TRAVIS!" Garroth yelled. I put a cloth over his mouth and held his waist to stop him from moving. Garroth struggles, but soon calm down. Garroth's eyes rolled back as his eyelids closed. He fell asleep on me. I had the cloth covered in sleeping medcine. Garroth fell in my arms. "I didn't want to do this to you, Garroth, but you left me with no choice. I'll take you back home." I smiled. I kiss his cheek.
