Laurance's Pov:

My eyes slowly open. I had a massive pounding headache. "Agh... What the hell... What happened?..." I groaned and rubbed my head. Sitting up to see my surrounding. I'm outside the cabin. "Why am I here?" I thought. My eyes scan around, but then widen when I didn't see Garroth. I quickly stood up. "Garroth?! Garroth?!" I called out. Looking at the cabin and sprinted up to the window. That's when Garroth started to bang on the window hard. "Laurance! Help me! Help me!" Garroth cries out. I'm surprised he hasn't broken the window yet. Then a hand covered Garroth's mouth and dragged him back in the darkness. Vines grew around the window with sharp thorns. "No, Garroth!" I scream. I gave up after cutting myself with the vines as I try to pull them off. "I need to find another way in..." I though. Turning around and stepped on something. I looked to see keys. "Why are there some random keys here?" I thought. I pick them up and look at the door. Trying all the keys, non worked though. "Maybe there something around here that is locked..." I thought. Making my way to behind the cabin. That's when I saw a huge lock gate. I used some the keys and click! Taking off the lock and making it drop to floor.

Opening the gate and walking in. It's like a small shed, but have two doors on the my left and the middle. I tried the middle door, but it's locked. Trying the keys and to my surprise non worked. I did see a note on the door. Ripping it off the nail to read it. "1989-1999 is the code to the box." I read. I scratch my head wondering why are there years. "Oh my... So a child was born in 1989, but they died in 1999. Meaning they were only ten years old... Pretty sad to lose a child, especially at that age..." I thought. I need to figure out what this code goes to. I saw the left door. Maybe something in there needs this code. Opening the unlocked door. Walking in I saw it lit up. "Strange, seems like someone has been here recently. Means that old man put something here. I saw a chest on the shelf with a code lock on it. I pull it off the shelf and place it on the near by table. I put in the code and I heard a click. Opening the box slowly and saw somethings. I picked up a old black and white picture. I took a nice look at it. There a young boy in the photo. I turn it over to see that this is the kid that passed. Since, it had his name and date of birth to death. Which is 1989-1999 and the name Lukas Summers. "Sad sight..." I sighed. I put the photo to the side. My eyes dart to a golden pendant. I lifted it up and my eyes widen. "G.R..." I whispered. G.R means Garroth Ro'Meave. Meaning this is Garroth's... I opened it find his family on the left the pendant. On the right is Garroth and me. I close the pendant and put it in my pocket. Looking back in the is the last thing. I pick up a weird key. It's shaped like a raven. "Weird..." I whispered. I went back to the middle door and push the key in the lock. Twisting it a couple times, until I heard a click. Opening the door slowly and walking up the stairs. Once I made it to the top I saw a book stand with no book. "Hmm, I need to find something to save Garroth." I sighed to myself. I walked to a bookshelf to find anything. I did see a rip piece of paper in the middle of the books. Grabbing it and started to read. "Reminder that I put the spell book in coffin on the other side of the cabin. Shovel is also near the well." I read. Looks like this old man has a hard time remembering where he puts things. Plus bad place to put the clues... Whatever it's good for me. He said there a spell-book in the coffin?! Oh great... I don't want to grave dig, but it's the only way to save Garroth...

I went outside and found the shovel near the well. Now, I'm making my way to the other side of the cabin. I found a grave. "Lukas Summers..." I read the tomb. Great... I just there nothing, but I highly doubt it... I started to dig the grave. Soon, I hit a coffin. I took a deep breath and opened it. By sheer luck there is nothing, but a spell-book and a teddy bear. "Thank Irene... Wait, if the body isn't here... Where is it? Never mind this is to messed up already." I shake my head. I pick up the book and dust it off. It's the right book! "Yes!" I smiled. I decided to put the lid back on and put the dirt over it to respect the boy, even if he not in the coffin. It is his grave after all.

Sprinting back to the book stand. I took a deep breath and place the book on the stand. Opening the book is weird... I didn't find spells, but instead a picture of a young woman. His had long brunette hair, hazel eyes, pale skin, and wearing an 90s dress. Next to her picture is a other picture of a amulet of a tree. "What does this mean?" I said to myself. "You been a naughty boy." Said a voice behind be. I gasped and turned around. I saw the old man in front of me. "You won't stop me and I won't let you go either! That blonde is the last one I need for my spell!" The man cackled at me. I heard a noise behind me. I saw a portal open from the book. That's when the man pushed me in. I screamed as I went through many coloring lights from the portal. That's when I fell out and hit the ground hard, knocking me out...

Flashback Laurance's Pov:

I hate everyone! Why can they understand me! The Shadow Knights ruin me! I sat in the bathroom crying in a stall. Until I heard a voice. "Hello? Are you okay in there?" Ask a sweet male voice. "I'm fine!" I sniffed. "Your not. I can tell. Come out and we can talk about it." Said the voice. Opening the stall I saw a certain blonde hair, cerulean blue eyes, and tan skin. He smiles at me, sweetly. Tears ran down my face as I hug him. He took that by surprised, but didn't push me away. That's when I met Garroth... I can't let him go... Not now... Not today... Not anytime soon...
