Dark Dreams (Katelyn x Travis)

Katelyn Pov

I keep worrying. I know worrying is not the way to go, but it's about Travis. He always acts funny. Like sometimes he'll be very creepy not like pervert type of creepy just weird like he possessed. This worries me I don't want that Travis. I want the goofy Travis. He been more quiet and always get angry when he sees Lucinda. He keeps telling her she lying? "The book don't lie to me." He says. What book is he talking about so I talked to Lucinda about it. She took me she got that boy from the lodge, but it was in a cave. She said it was owned by a man a Snake Eyed Man. Snake Eyed Man? Who is he? Lucinda told me the story on the man. That is horrible who ever this man was I do not want to meet.

I rushed home and seen Travis staring out the window. His emerald green eyes glowed. "Travis, you okay?" I asked. His head went down and I heard his light sobs. I sat next to him and brought him to my chest. I stroke his white locks softly. "Why won't he go away?" Travis sobs. He? Who is he? "Who is he Travis?" I asked him. "The Snake Eyed Man he followed me and my father for years... Even when I was a baby. I don't know how I remember, but it doesn't matter." Travis sobs more. The Snake Eyed Man?! Travis knows about that man?! "Travis how did you know about the man?" I asked. "It been so long I think- Never mind Katelyn." His voice deepen. I sighed and decided to let him be for now.

Later I was in bed with, Travis asleep. That's when I heard a noise. I woke up and sat up. I looked at my right. Travis was talking in his sleep. He seems to be having a nightmare. I moved closer to him and pull him into my arms. My poor Travis. "Kate-Katelyn?" Travis sobs in his sleep. I tap his face to wake up. He slowly opens up his eyes. "Travis you okay?" I asked worried. "I'm okay, Katelyn. Just had another nightmare." Travis said. "Like to tell me your dream?" I asked. He stays quiet. "Katelyn he is coming back! He will come and and!" Travis freaks out. "Travis calm down, now calm down and breathe." I calmed him down. "Sorry Katelyn. It's just he want's to take over the world. I'm worried that my dreams are true. I'll lose everyone! My friends, my father, and you... I'll be in the dark alone." Travis sobs. "Travis who this man?" I asked. "The Snaked Eyed Man! He was there once again. He won't leave me alone." Travis said. I hugged Travis tightly. "Travis we killed him. He won't be coming back." I told him. He sighed and nodded that I was right. " I'm sorry, Katelyn. I just need to sleep, but this nightmares keep me awake." Travis sighed. I held him close. "I'm here for you, your dark dreams won't get to you right?" I asked. Travis smiles and nodes happily. He snuggled up against me and fell asleep. I just hope he is okay. Poor Travis I wish I can stop this horrible dreams, but the only thing I can do is be there for him. I went to sleep soon.

I woke up and saw Travis is there sleeping peacefully. Travis eyes slowly opened. He makes a smile. "Thank you, Katelyn. I feel better." Travis smiles. I smiled back. "You don't need to thank me, Travis. I'm always here for you." I said
