SPECIAL CHAPTER - SURPRISE!

- ' And this path leads to a forest ending, which I definitely don't show to everyone! '
- ' But why? '
- ' Somethings are better to be kept away from the world Aurora. It's like... a place very close to us. '
- ' Us? '
- ' Us means...three of us. Me, Namjoon and Jin hyung. Namjoon is the one who found this place and took us here. '
- ' And why am I an exception to your "I don't show this" list? '
Hoseok looked down, a sheepish smile creping on his face
- ' Because...you're...my friend. '
- ' Yes, of course! The always beaming and super friendly Jung Hoseok... who's friend with literally everyone who visits this forest is now talking about friend! '
Aurora rolled her eyes but her smile remained the same.
- ' You wanna go? '
- ' Obviously I want! Is that a question to ask?'
Hoseok smiled and took the mud path, which ended in that forest end.... where he came with Namjoon and Seokjin five years ago.
- ' Wow! It's been 1 year since I'm coming here..and I never knew that there is a waterfall here. '
- ' It's a quiet place...securely hidden from the visitors. '
- ' It's...beautiful. '
Hoseok looked at Aurora's face which was slightly glowing as twilight touched her. Evening wind was playing with her  long brown waves. Hoseok sighed contently and thought
- " She's too much beautiful... "

- ' Hello mister Sunshine...? What happened? '
Hoseok got startled at her voice
- ' Uh....nothing... '
- ' Sure? '
- ' Yeah...yes. '
Aurora observed him for quite a while and then narrowed her eyes
- ' You're lying Jung. Something is in your mind. You're going to tell me or not that is upto you...but you definitely can't fool me. I know you. '
Hoseok looked down and said in a low voice
- ' You surely do.'

After their permanent settlement here, everyone of the royals learned this era's languages and started working on their own...so did Hoseok. He became a full time guide at Namjoon's favourite forest  and also became a part time librarian in a library not far from their house.

He met Aurora in that library for the first time...two years ago. She's a professor of history who's also writing thesis paper on the same subject. One day, Jungkook and Seokjin came to the library with Hosoek....and that captured her attention.
Guess what?
She's working on one of the most controversial incidents in history... the sudden vanishing of the royal family members 500 years ago, which led to a united empire later!

She saw a few oil paintings from that era...of the three royal family, and definitely saw the Kim Prince and the Jeon Prince there.

Unable to stop her growing curiosity, they became out of choices and invited her to their house....where the scientists  explained everything to her and requested her to keep quiet about this.

She gave her words and said nothing about this to anyone...but stopped working on her project. She already had her answers.

Seeing her being true to her words and for her friendly, sweet personality... the royals and the scientists became her friends....
....almost everyone of them.

Hoseok definitely tried his best to be her friend...

But...

That didn’t work out well.

So here he is, admiring Aurora's face... and the professor on the other hand, also became really close with the man.

- ' Earth to you Mr? '
- ' Hmm..? Oh...yeah. Yes...tell me. '
Aurora sighed and held his hands
- ' What are you thinking Hoseok? Since when you're this much inattentive? '
- ' I'm not.... I'm just thinking.. '
- ' That is what I'm asking you. What's bothering you? '
- ' It's not bothering me Aurora. I'm sort of happy with this thought. It's....a good type of thoughts. '
- ' Then...okay. But don't get stressed for anything. I'm happy to hear your any problem and  to find a solution for it. '
Hoseok lightly smiled
- ' I know. '
- ' Good boy. '
With that, she patted his head and laid down on his lap...making him flustered but she really didn’t paid attention to it. Instead, she got busy in playing with his hands while looking at the slow stream of water nearby. Hoseok smiled to himself and stroked her hair as the evening  fell upon the forest.

Well ....everyone can cherish love in their life, right?

Aurora is just a fictional character here...not any version of any actual character. It can be anyone.. even you, my readers! ( Only if you want to be 😅)
