Taehyung was waiting on their roof terrace. Jungkook told him to do so. It was just before the sunset. Colours already started splashing around the bright sky as the scientist felt a gentle tap on his shoulder.

Yes, It was Jungkook , but also...it was not Jungkook.

His dark black hair was blonde at the end, giving him a new look. A light natural make-up just enhanced his look. Jungkook wore a black jeans and white t-shirt which Taehyung brought him. But the thing catched Taehyung's eyes the most was the sweater...a cream beige sweater, but that was not just any sweater. It was his favourite one, the one Namjoon gifted on his birthday a few years ago... but it was ripped in a few places.

- ' This...sweater...was ripped...how you found it? '
Jungkook smiled lightly
- ' Namjoon hyung gave it. He said...this is your favourite one. So I thought...I can borrow this for a while. May I? '
Taehyung brightly smiled
- ' Obviously you can Kook. But...this looks like a new one.'
- ' I repaired it. '
Taehyung's jaw dropped
- ' By yourself? '
Jungkook nodded with glittering eyes. Taehyung kept staring at the prince in awe and whispered under his breath.... but the Prince had sharp ears
- ' You....look beautiful than ever. '
This caused a light pink tint on the cheeks of the always confident prince and he cleared the throat.
- ' Uh....so...let's sit? '
Taehyung came back to reality and was immediately flustered
- ' Oh..um..yes...yeah.'

Both of them went to the chairs and sat down, facing the wide sky infront. For a moment, none said anything...just Taehyung noticed that the blush pink shade on Jungkook's face resembles the shade on the sky and Jungkook on the other hand, took a deep breath.... as if he's getting ready for something.

- ' Taehyung.. '
A sweet smile spread across the lips of the scientist. He always loves his name when Jungkook calls him.
- ' Yes Jungkook? '
Jungkook turned to face him and for the first time, Taehyung noticed something new. The prince's eyes were so deep, Taehyung felt he'll drown if he kept looking at them. The prince's face was slightly glowing for the setting sun. Something was telling him that this moment is going to change everything between them.
- ' Taehyung? Are you okay? '
Taehyung snapped out of the delusion and cursed himself in mind. Jungkook's going to tell something so important and he keeps getting lost in the beauty of the Prince !

- ' Uh...yeah...I'm okay. It's nothing. Just...um...'
- ' What?'
A sudden courage took over him and he just said without thinking
- ' You look so beautiful today that I just can't get enough of that face. '

Jungkook blinked a few times to believe that Taehyung ACTUALLY said it and realization hit Taehyung like a truck, causing him to bury his face on his palms.

But a sweet and gentle laughter from the prince made him look up
- ' Well...thank you so much. I'm glad that you liked it. I was not sure about the hair but Namjoon hyung said it looked good. He has great eyes! '
Taehyung smiled awkwardly and Jungkook's facial expression changed. A smile was still playing on this lips but he looked determined and sure. He took Taehyung's both hands, making the other confused but Jungkook really didn't care.
- ' Let me tell you why I called you here. '
Jungkook glanced at their joined hands and brushed his thumbs fondly upon the palms of Taehyung.
- ' Do you know who am I? '
Taehyung knitted his brows together and kept looking at the prince, in search of the answer .
- ' I assume...you don't. Let me introduce myself. The elder prince of the Jeon Kingdom, Jeon Jungkook can assure that I'm a very complicated person. Even if you deny, I am. I'm like a riddle that only a few tried to understand but nobody could solve it totally. But... now I feel like.. I'm like others..not that much complicated and different. Why? Because someone just walked in my life with grace and charm and solved every riddles of my heart with warmth and love. Want to know who's that? '
Taehyung felt his heartbeat is increasing and he was sweating as he said with uneven breaths
- ' Wh...who? '
Jungkook flashed one of his best smiles and said with full confidence
- ' You.....yes you Taehyung..no-one else. You showed me how to live life...how to be real and true. I would not say I'm a great person but indeed I improved a lot...and all of that was because of this place, this situation and...you. I don't know what it is...your super-friendly personality or your carefree living, but you affected me in every good ways and lifted me up without even realizing that. Well...yes, I can go on about how much thankful I am for you...but today, apart from thanking you, I had some other things to tell you. Will you listen Taehyung? '

Taehyung was just staring blankly at the prince. He couldn't believe that this was the same rude prince he met 3 months ago. Yes....Jungkook became his friend and changed a lot, but he never said something like this before. Jungkook never was the expressive kind. What has happened to that Prince?

- ' Taehyung? Will you give me a chance to tell you how I feel? Or you don't want to listen-'
- ' No no Jungkook...I.. I was just...not expecting that...'
- ' That a rude prince will be so polite to thank you several times! '
Jungkook said, a slight tease was ringing in his voice and Taehyung smiled genuinely
- ' Not that...you just proved me right. '
- ' How so? '
- ' I always knew there's a kind gentleman behind these masks. '
- ' Well....thank you for having faith on me. '
Both of them just kept smiling at each other for a moment and then Taehyung said
- ' You were....telling something perhaps? '
Jungkook looked down and smiled
- ' As if you don't know already? '
Taehyung shut his eyes and tried to breathe properly and said
- ' I...can....assume...'
- ' Even if you were sure, I was still going to tell you. Not because I needed to get this off my chest....because you deserve to hear this. You deserve to be praised... you deserve to be adored, to be loved. '
Taehyung's eyes widely opened but Jungkook continued
- ' Well...I know I was a fool when I tried to resist you. I mean...just...how can I resist a person so much perfect like you! And then...I proved my foolishness again when I tried to control my heart. How can someone control heart! But the worst part is...when I let uncertainty and rules come between us. Just....just how can I?! I saw what happened with Jimin...and still I.. '
Jungkook sighed and looked down but immediately gained back his words
- ' But no....thanks to my childhood friend, he opened my eyes. Enough with my dumb thoughts...not anymore. I'm done Taehyung...I'm done battling with my feelings . It's nearly impossible to not fall for you... I'm ready to surrender and you know what? This is the first time I'm really happy for surrendering. So yes....I don't know if I'm capable for a beautiful soul like you or not, but I can assure you that even if we live together for a day or a lifetime, I will treasure you and my heart will always be open to you and you only. I love you and since I realized it, I feel like I'm...probably the happiest version of myself. Will you give me a chance to be yours? '

Taehyung didn't say anything, instead he pulled Jungkook and brushed their lips together, then hugged him.
- ' I was telling you how I feel about you for quiet somedays. How can you even question me that? I..obviously and definitely love you...the actual you, with all your perfections and imperfections. I...I don't know what will happen to us after one month..but I really don't care at this point. I just want to enjoy every day I'm spending with you. Let's face our future together and don't you dare to leave my hand Prince Jeon! '
Jungkook laughed and ran his hand through Taehyung's smooth hair
- ' Maybe I'm daring, but I'll never dare to let go of the hands of my happiness Mr. Kim. '

The sun started setting while painting the whole sky in beautiful colours as the two young guys melted in each-other's warm embrace.

A much awaited day it is!

The youngests finally realized and surrendered to love.

But what next?

After-all...there are a few hearts left,still confused and questioning.
