BILLIE was awoken at 12 in the morning from Kev and V. She had fallen asleep at her desk after working on the song her brother sent her.
"Oh god, what time is it?" Billie groaned standing up from the desk chair.
"Midnight." Kev responded sitting down at the chair she was just once in.
"What's this your doing?" Kev asked Billie who was now sprawled across her bed.
"Oh nothing." Billie responded.
"Is it a song?" V asked looking closer at the screen.
"Yeah, uh it's hard to explain but Finneas sent me the production and lyrics to a song he wrote and wanted me to sing it. since he's doing music now in a band at college, he wrote this but said it didn't sound good with his voice." Billie spoke with her eyes closed still laying across her bed.
"Oh wow, can we hear it?" V asked the girl.
"If you want, it's not done I still have to add some harmonies and stuff but other than that it's done. I dont really like it though, my voice doesn't sound good." Billie said sitting up on her bed. "Here let me press play because you might delete it Kev." Billie laughed.
She started playing the song, Kev and V's face lit up.

For some time.
Cant stop starin' at those ocean eyes.
"Oh my god Billie, I didnt know you could sing like this, this is fucken amazing!" V exclaimed.
"Thank you." She responded.
Burning cities and napalm skies
Fifteen flares inside those ocean eyes

"Holy shit kid, this is fucking incredible." Kev said still listening to the song.

They continued to listen in disbelief as Billie fell out of consciousness into a light sleep.

"Fuck Billie this is out of this world!" Kev exclaimed but little did he know Billie wasn't even awake.

"Wow" the couple said in unison.

He left her lonely with a diamond mind

"She's got some talent she does." Kev said before turning around and looking at Billie.
"Let's leave her." V said then walking up to Billie and kissing her forehead.
"Goodnight baby." V softly spoke.
