BILLIE woke up the next day, happy. For the first time in a while. Luckily for her, she had dance class that morning.

So she got out of bed, and got changed. She put white sweat shorts on, with a matching white crew neck. She then put on some Nike PSNY's and some gold jewellery.

She packed her dance bag and headed off to dance on her bike, eating an apple on the way.

During dance, they practised and choreographed a dance to Ocean Eyes.

After dance class she rode home and recorded for the rest of the day. That day, was one of the happiest days Billie has had in a while.

At around 3pm. There was a knock on the front door. She ran down stairs and opened it. To her surprise, it was Debbie.

"Hey Billie, I know you haven't really been hanging around a lot, but I'm having a gender-reveal party tomorrow, and I want you to come. Carl's coming so I totally understand if you do-" Debbie said before she was cut off.

"I'll go, I don't care if Carl's there. I'm there for you. And little Debbie Jr." Billie said with a laugh.

"Ok, I'll text you the address. Missed you Billie." Debbie finished.

"Yeah, you too." Billie said with a soft smile.

"See ya." Debbie said and left.

Billie closed the door and walked back upstairs. Eventually she got bored so she walked to the Alibi.

As she approached the area she saw Kev grabbing the bun have a hipster and pushing him out of the bar.

She walked in and Kev was yelling something about latte foam and ball cheese.

She walked over and sat down next to Fiona.

"Hey Fi, hey Kev can you get me a lemonade please." Billie called out.

"Oh hey! How are you?" Fiona asked as she hugged Billie.

"I'm actually pretty good. How are you, no offence but you look like shit." Billie laughed.

"Gotta go see Gus to get the house back." Fiona sighed.

"Oh god. Have fun with that." Billie chuckled and Kev put her lemonade down in front of her.

"Billie, did you tell Fiona the news?" Kev asked and wiggled his eyebrows.

"What news?" Fiona asked.

"Well, to give you some backstory, Finneas wrote and produced a song for me to sing called ocean eyes, so I did. I sent it to him and he put it up on Soundcloud and it sorta kinda blew up. But a record label heard it and they wanna sign with me." Billie said excitedly.

"What? No way. Wait. Holy shit that's amazing." Fiona said happily and hugged Billie.

"Yeah, their coming out in a couple weeks and so is Finneas so I can sign." Billie added.

"Finneas is coming back? For how long." She said getting more excited by the second.

"2 days." Billie spoke.

"Fuck off." She said happily and Billie laughed at her excitement. "Oh my god." She muttered under her breath as the conversation finished.

"What're you still doing here Frank?" Kev asked Frank.

"A question for the ages." He replied.

"You said you needed a notary for two signatures. I've been here three hours." Abe the notary spoke.

"I don't know where he is." Fiona responded.

"Somebody got stood up." Frank intervened into the conversation.

"Mind your business." Fiona said back.

"The heck you need a notary for?" Frank asked as he turned to look at Fiona.

"I'm trying to buy back the house that you stripped clean last week, but I need Gus to sign something first." Fiona explained.

"Atta girl." Frank spoke. "Me and Debbie might need a back-up place." Frank explained.

Fiona scoffs. "If i buy back this house, there's no way you're slipping back in under my roof." Fiona shot.

"I said 'might'." Frank reiterated. "Besides, don't sound like you're pulling it off, what with hubby M.I.A." Frank spoke.

"Piss off, Frank." Fiona said.

"I don't need your charity! The three of us will do just fine on our own. Me, my devoted daughter and my granddaughter-to-be." Frank finished and left the bar.

"Granddaughter?" Billie asked. "Debbies having a girl?" Fiona asked at the same time.

"My wife is pregnant, my kid has an ear infection, I need to get home." Abe the notary said as he piled up the paperwork. Fiona sighed and looked at her phone once again.

"What the fuck does that mean? 'Hung up. Might not make it.' Fuck you, you fucking piece of shit." Fiona said in frustration and dropped her phone of the table.

"$30 for travel, plus $65 waiting fee. I'll take cash." The notary spoke.

Fiona scoffs.

"Don't worry, I got it." Billie said as she handed the notary the money.

"You didn't have to do that." Fiona said to Billie.

"I know, but, wanted to do something nice." Billie said as she stood up from her seat. She gave Fiona a hug before leaving.

Billie woke up the next morning and took a shower. Today she had another dance class. Which was rare, but, it happened.

Billie threw on some black sweats with a white spaghetti strap top that was a bit too small for her now and rode her bike to dance.

They practised the performance this class and they were going to record, next class.

Eventually dance class was over. She walked outside to ride her bike home, but it wasn't there.

"Fuck." Billie muttered under her breath. She texted the person she first thought of. Nick.

Nick

Me
Hey someone stole my bike at dance and I don't have a ride home. I heard you bought a car? If you could pick me up that would be amazing. I would usually catch an Uber but I have no money.

Nick

And Billie waited there till a black car pulled up. She knew Carl was going to be there so she didn't plan on saying much. She hopped into the back of the car with Debbie.

Billie stayed in the back silently as they drove to Debbies baby shower, until suddenly, Nick took a sharp turn and started speeding.

"What the fuck man." Carl said as he grabbed onto the sides of the car.

"That's my fucking bike." Nick said speeding down a street, following a kid with the bike.

"Jesus, slow down I'm pregnant." Debbie yelled.

Nick drove down and followed the kid until he rode into a yard and dropped the bike. He then walked into his house. Nick stared at the kid as he did so before Carl started to talk.

"It's not worth it. Think of the farm. The fucking cows, man." He spoke and looked back to the house.

Nick eventually drove away to the house where Debbies holding her gender-reveal party.
