WHEN BILLIE got inside, she changed into a baggy black t-shirt and black sweats. She was on her phone when Billie heard a knock on the door. She sprinted down the stairs and opened the door.

"Hey." Billie said to Brandon as he towered over her.

"Hi." Brandon said as Billie moved to the side in motion to let him in.

He walked inside and Billie closed the door. "Nice house." Brandon said. "Not really my house, my actual house is right across from here, but, since my parents are incapable of taking care of me, Kev and V, the owners of the house and my good friends, let me stay here." Billie said as she walked towards the chicken.

"You hungry?" Billie finished.

"Oh nah thank you." Brandon spoke as he looked around the house.

"Come upstairs, I'll show you my room." Billie said and walked upstairs, Brandon not too far behind.

"This is my room." Billie said as she opened the door to her room.

"Ooo this is nice. I could get used to this." Brandon said walking over to her bed and jumping on it. Billie laughed.

"Is that so?" Billie spoke with a small smirk.

Billie sat down on the other side of her bed and they talked for hours, until, Brandon got curious.

"What's that?" He asked Billie pointing to the mic and the big setup on her desk.

"Oh that's like a studio type thing, my brother helped me put it up when we were younger, he made me sing song songs he wrote." Billie said unenthusiastically.

"Fuck that's cool. Can I hear one." Brandon asked as he looked at the computer screen.

"Sure. I made this one a while back. My brother sent me the production and the lyrics and wanted me to sing it." She said as she walked over towards the desk. She grabbed the mouse and typed on the keyboard whilst Brandon sat in the chair.

"You keep talking about this brother of yours, where is he?" Brandon asked as he spun around on the chair. Billie laughed at him.

"He's in California, for college, he's there for 4 years. Give or take a few." Billie said typing on the keyboard.

"Oh cool... parents?" He asked.

"Ah, yes, Patrick O'connell and Maggie Eilish. A druggie prostitute and an alcoholic abuser." Billie said with a laugh. "Such shitty people." Billie spoke.

"If their so shitty then how did they raise such and beautiful and smart person?" He asked and stopped spinning on the chair.

Billie stopped typing and looked at him. They both stared into each other's eyes for what felt like forever. Until Brandon leaned into a kiss. He stood up from the chair and placed his lips on hers. He grabbed her cheeks with his hands and their body's moved closer. Billie slowly pulled away and they both looked at each other and Billie smiled. Billie started to laugh.

"Sorry." She said as she was laughing hysterically.

After a while they were both on the floor crying of laughter, not even knowing what they were laughing about. Eventually Brandon got ahold of himself and started a conversation again.

"Wait can I hear that song?" Brandon asked as Billie pulled herself together.

"Oh yes of course." Billie said slightly laughing still. She stood up and walked over to the computer and started playing Ocean Eyes.

I've been watchin' you for some time
Can't stop starin' at those ocean eyes
Burning cities and napalm skies
Fifteen flares inside those ocean eyes
Your ocean eyes

No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Fallin' into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes

"Billie this is really good, holy fuck." Brandon said as he moved his head to the beat.

I've been walkin' through a world gone blind
Can't stop thinkin' of your diamond mind
Careful creature made friends with time
He left her lonely with a diamond mind
And those ocean eyes

No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Fallin' into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes

"You need to release this." Brandon spoke again.

"Nah," Billie said as she shrugged. "I'm just waiting for one where I just know, you know what I mean?" Billie asked Brandon.

"Yeah, I get it." He responded.

Da, da-da, da-da
Da-da-da, da, da
Da, da, da, da, da-da-da-da
Mm
Mm
Mm

No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Fallin' into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes

Brandon started moving his hands, swaying with the song with a wide smile on his face. Billie was heart warmed at the scene. She really liked this boy.
