Multiversal Swarm

Kingdom of Dirt part 6

As the chaos around us raged on, the air began to shift. I glanced over my shoulder to just to see a fist hit me right in the face! Half my face flew off my body in a pool of nanites. If I was human I'd be dead...

"Wild card eh? Doesn't matter." I sat up and looked in front of me.

The knight hadn't moved. Still in his stance... He stared at me with glowing eyes. A wall of wind hit me from behind. It slid me forward on my ass. I looked over my shoulder. A fist hit me so hard my head slammed down into the ground!

The ground shattered beneath me and I finally saw my attacker.... A large bipedal reptile with wings. Am I getting shit stomped by a dragon? Did he talk? He didn't have armor but I could tell he was stronger then this other guy.

I swarmed away from them. I need distance. I reconstructed my body quickly on one knee.

"That hurt! Don't you know cheapshots aren't fair?" I said getting to my feet.

"Didn't I tell you before?" He said rushing towards me!

"Doesn't matter"

His attack missed it mark by a mile! He was slower then I thought. I went to counter! A shot to the jaw might make him think twice!

My body was thrust back by ShadowMaster's sword through my chest! I coughed and fell back as he ripped his sword out of my side! I grit my teeth and swarmed behind the Dragon! Shadow master slashed my back before I would wind up! How?! It's like he teleported when I went to.... Hit the dragon!

I swarmed away with a new hypothesis! The dragon rushed me shouting!

"I am death! I am rage! I am glascar!" He swiped at me with his clawed hand's! I dodged each attack. He swiped at me over and over but I was too fast and if he did hit me I swarmed that part of my body. Not once did ShadowMaster move a muscle!

I glanced ShadowMasters way one final time to see him switching his stance! I dodged an attack and ShadowMaster appeared behind me! He sliced me clean in two at the mid section! He grabbed my head with his free hand! Glascar brought back a punch!

I don't say this lightly... This hurt! His hand crushed my head! My body exploded into a swarm of nanites that sent them flying back! My body reformed laying on my back in the middle of a crater. I was panting. My head was pounding. My body was failing to fully come together. Something snapped in that moment... 

I swarmed to ShadowMaster and sent him flying with a shot to his helmet! It shattered like glass as he flew completely past the castle walls! Glascar wrapped me up in a bear hug!

"You're not going to beat us that easily!" I looked back at him.

"GOOD!" I yelled as I swarmed an arm to his throat and flew with him in a swarm into the air! I rocketed him down right into ShadowMaster! No collateral damage will happen because of me!

They got up spitting and bleeding as I reformed my body. I was losing control. I can't last much like this. Their abilities are linked. I bet it's not automatic? Did I just neutralize my own advantage? I had them separated... No matter!

"You jackass's done screwing around? Show me what you're made of." Bold words.

If I take another attack like that head hold punch I'm toast. They rushed me as I started to feel my adrenaline pump. I was bearing a limit with these guys.

Both rushing, one sword, counterattacks won't work, dodging won't work... I need to knock one down. ShadowMaster.

I dodged and swarmed I time to make master miss! I swing my fist and shattered his goblin jaw! He fell to the ground and I delivered a shot to glascar's gut! He coughed blood! He slumped to the ground!

As I went to hit him again, shadowmaster sliced my head in half! I reformed behind him and kicked him in the spine! Glascar recovered quickly and hit me right on the jaw with an uppercut! The trees broke from the shockwave! I flew back into a swarm of nanites! I reformed above him and before I could get to him ShadowMaster speared me with his sword in mid air! I coughed nanites.... I'm nearing the finish line!

I sent out a shockwave of nanites and ShadowMaster flew back! I sent nanites at such a high speed they ripped right through glascar's torso! He screamed in pain as ShadowMaster appeared behind me and delivered a shot to my back and followed up with a slice right down the middle of my whole body! Swarmed and kicked him down into glascar! I flew down into ShadowMaster and we rolled across the ground in a wrestling match!

I came up into a full mount! I grabbed his arm and forced it back! I placed my arm against his elbow and ripped his arm off below the elbow! His free hand grabbed for his sword! Glascar almost fucking killed me with a shot to my head from behind. My body tumbled across the ground. I'm at my limit! I need to end this NOW!

I reformed my head and looked towards the duo. Glascar was holding his chest and wheezing, ShadowMaster was bleeding all over the place, leaning on his sword in the ground. His goblin face was mangled by the shot earlier. Glascar's the tank, he's the gun.

I sharpened my right arm into a blade.

"You guys should feel honored. I only use this when I'm in a bind... Bad memories. I do have a question for the both of you though." They looked at each other and glascar said

"Your death is near so we'll grant you this final wish." He sneared.

"What's your ranks? 1 and 2?" The question took them by surprise.

"Yes. I'm first in command." Glascar said. I laughed.

"Just what I wanted to hear!" I said rushing them battle screaming.

Glascar rushed in! ShadowMaster took a one handed stance! I prepared my blade for the final collision! My sword thrust forward! Glascar threw a massive punch laced with red aura! ShadowMaster vanished for the briefest of seconds....

I spun at the last second! ShadowMaster sent his sword right through glascar's chest! Before I hit the ground I used my blade to slice off ShadowMaster arm at the shoulder! He screamed and fell back in agony! Blood coated the area now making the area look like a slaughterhouse floor! I turned and delivered a punch to glascar that sent him to his stomach! With a swift slice I removed his wings! Blood sprayed from the wounds!

"You bastard!"

ShadowMaster delivered a kick that I blocked with my normal hand! How much damage can these two take?! I went to slice his leg but my blade returned to a normal hand! I'm really at my limit....

My vision blurred as I pulled him forward into a punch. It didn't have much behind it but enough to put him on the ground! Glascar swiped at me with a claw! I leaned back as I grabbed the sword still in his chest! It came out and he screamed!

I rolled back and time froze for a second. The world around me seemed to bend towards a single point... His neck. We both ran at each other ready to decide this once and for all! He swiped at me and before it could land... I sliced his head off! His head hit the ground at my feet! His body slumped to the ground twitching. I stabbed the sword into his head all the way down to the hilt.

I stumbled back. Looked around to see ShadowMaster was on his knees. The blood had spread around him in a huge puddle.

"You guys put up a good fight...." He spit at me. Didn't go very far, given his broken jaw.

"Yeah... Fuck you too asshole." I said as I walked closer to him.

I grabbed his head by both sides, and spun it around 180 degree's. He fell backwards. Finally... It's over.

I looked in the direction of the kingdom. The clouds of smoke told me it was bad.... I did take out their 1 and 2 though... 

I stared walking..... Limping back to the kingdom. Very very slowly....
