There will be blood part 3

I was long gone by the time Gil woke up. I watched him as he woke up from a distance. I stood on top of a far building watching him through binoculars. He crawled over to the edge and saw that I'd destroyed the entirety of the agencies assets. Major world leaders were in there too.

I heard him scream into the air and I heard my name very faintly in the distance. I took my leave. Diving off the building in a wing suit. I had another person to meet. A man who had the one thing I needed to bring the agency down for good... The omega self destruct code.

I landed on a motorcycle and detached my parachute. I peeled out and drove 30 miles north to the man's house. I walked in... I kicked the door in, then I walked in. I saw the man's family shocked at my arrival. They were huddled in the corner. The mother had two little kids behind her. She was shouting at me.

"Where's your husband?" I asked calmly. I don't see a need to hurt them.

I didn't get a chance for an answer because a lamp shattered over my head! Before the shards hit the ground I'd pounced on the man and drove him through the window! He screamed in agony as I quickly went to work!

I twisted his right forearm until I heard it rip and felt it rotate awkwardly. I grabbed his other arm and pulled it tight! I delivered a knee to the bad side and saw the bone break through the skin. I grabbed him by his foot and swung him around in a full circle, then let him go and he flew I to the barn! I ripped the doors off and yanked him out of the hay and farm equipment.

"Now... Where is the omega code?!" I asked pulling him close.

He shakily pointed at a small safe at the back of the barn. I looked back at him smiling. He coughed then locked eyes with me. Rage started to cross his face. It was contouring into a sneer. He spit blood into my eyes. I wiped the blood from them and smiled again.

"That's the spirit." I said before I gripped both sides of his head and popped his skull like an egg. I'd made a massive mess.

My clothes were blood proof anyways. I ripped the safe door off and held the small device in my hands. I pressed it and I knew I'd finally won. What this did was kill every low ranking officer yet to be trusted by the agency. This is a remote activator for cyanide implants.

I started to laugh... I laughed hard. I fell to my knees and started to sob. I'd finally done it. I'd taken revenge on the people that robbed me of my own life. I felt... I felt... I felt.... Dead inside.

The only thing left was rage. Then I heard the helicopter in the distance. I knew he'd track the signal to this place. Gil... Time to end this.

As I turned around I saw the stealth chopper land in the field. I stood ready as I unsheathed my sword. I steadied my breathing and brought air into my lungs. I felt my blood accelerate as I saw my opponent walk out of the back.

A cyborg named Gilfre. We used to be partners but after I'd done what I've done the relationship turned sour. He turned his back on me... Just as I'd done to him. The chopper started up again. As the blades started to spin made a move. Before I could slice a single atom of metal with my sword. Gilfre was in front of me!

He blocked my strike but that didn't stop me! I forced him back into the chopper blades! As they hit him the blades snapped off and I forced him through the hull of the chopper! It exploded around us! I felt the fuel and flames burn my skin but I just kept pushing! We shot from the smoke and I jumped kept driving with my legs! The ground mounded up at his head as I stopped.

Our swords were still pushing against each other!

"Jesse... Why does it have to be this way?!" He spat at me with conviction.

"Because you can't see the bigger picture! Do you think after all this time that I'm an IDIOT?!" I pulled back and slashed at his face! He blocked it with his arm! He kicked me back and I flew backwards and bounced against the ground.

When I looked up I saw him bringing his sword down! I grabbed my sword but before I could dodge he slashed thorough my shoulder! I screamed as blood flew from his sword and my shoulder! Put of a pain reflex I stabbed him right in the stomach! He didn't react! He just punched me in the face and stabbed me in the chest! My eyes widened as the air left my lungs!

"I'm sorry Jesse... I truly am." He said as he ripped the sword out!

The blood poured from my wound on both sides. I coughed and tried to get up but my muscles weren't listening to me. Gilfre turned around and started to walk away. He stopped and turned to me, I saw the tears coming from his only organic eye.

"WE COULD HAVE CHANGED THE WORLD JESSE! WE WOULD HAVE CHANGED THE WORLD!

We had the tools and will to better humanity! To cure hunger and poverty. To fight the fights that people are to afraid to! Why did you throw that away brother!?" He just needed another push.

"Be... Because the wor...ld isn't... Your t-toy..." I struggled to say the words but when I did...

"Gil?" I said weakly. I saw him look up at the sky. He turned around again and slowly walked away.

"Gil?.... Gil?" It was all I could say. I coughed again and a massive amount of blood came out. I struggled to breathe. I gasped for air.

"Gggguiuillll" I stammered as painic finally set in. I saw a light and a darkness envelope my vision at the same time.... Mixing into a sweet oblivion.

I opened my eyes but I wasn't in the square. I was floating in a void. I was looking at a vast infinity of stars! I was in awe! I've seen sights like this before but they always make me stare.

"Jesse" said a voice said from all around me. A figure walked up to me. I looked over my shoulder...

"Who are you?"

My eyes shot open! I had a massive aura coming off me and It felt like my body was being ripped apart and then would stitch itself back together.

Gilfre was standing there with wide eyes. He screamed something at me but I just warped over and started to beat him senseless!

With one shot he was sent flying through the house! Before he hit the ground I was above him! I punched him into the ground! I landed in full mount! I rained down blow after blow! When the blood started to fly up into my face I didn't stop. I just focused on punishment!

How dare you! How dare you take her away from me! HOW DARE YOU!!!!

"Jesse stop..." I stopped the next punch inches from his face...

I stared at him with white eyes.

"You... Think... Your the... Only one..." He stammered.

He was right... Im not the only one who suffers... I took my own hubris and put it on display didn't I? He's right. I should regret what I've done.

"YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH AN ACE UP THEIR SLEEVE!" Gil yelled as his whole body lit up with a blue glow! He punched me off him and I destroyed the rest of the house and barn!

As I stood up I saw his blade inches from my face! I ducked and he slammed into the ground behind me! I turned and drew my sword!

He was standing ready in his stance when the dust cleared...

"Alright Gil!" I said getting into a stance myself.

"Let's go wild!"
