As we walked past the bodies and carnage, she didn't say a word. Little girls don't belong near these sights or places.

I opened the door I came in and turned to let her out. She made eye contact with me as she slowly peared out into the darkness. I stepped out and blew a smoke cloud. The cloud swirled in front of me and soon floated off in the direction I'd come in. I started walking.

"Do you have a car?" She said following me.

"Nope." I said blowing more smoke.

The man and the girl walked through the treeline nearby. The forest was alive with life despite the darkness. Bugs whizzed around, and the sound of frogs and various forms of life sounded out from nearby trees and ponds. The man paid no mind to these sounds, nothing here could challenge him. However for the girl, this was almost as scary as being tied up.

She felt vulnerable. Vulnerable is a bad thing to be in the woods. The sound and a tig snapping off in the distance drew her attention. As she turned around to stare off into the darkness, she let out a small whimper. She quickly turn back around to see that the man had disappeared!

A shot of fear instantly overtook her mind. She frantically looked in each direction trying to find him. The fear was so great that she couldn't move to run in any direction. Her voice was stuck in her throat. She desperately pushes her foot to move and it did slowly. As her foot hit the ground she heard a soft hissing sound...

She turned her head to see where it was coming from. The girls heart was pounding. What was that sound? Should I be scared? What made that sound? Questions lingered in her mind that tortured her.

A long, spindly limb emerged from around the tree. With a white fur covering it completely, a identical leg crept around about 5 feet above the other leg. Soon two more followed. The girls breathing sharpened and she still couldn't find the awareness to scream!

As the things body appeared around the tree, the girl meet eyes with the creature. With eight legs and a body as big as her, the girl was staring at a walking Nightmare! The thing resembled a spider but it was fundamentally different. This spider was huge! The girls mind was in such overdrive from the fear she felt, that she just took a step back. When her foot snapped a twig the thing snapped it's vision towards her!

She was unable to scream before from fear. A primal response of survival. "I'm scared of this so I'll stay away from this to live another day." A almost foolproof form of evolution. However this girl was no longer scared... She was absolutely terrified!

As the things three sets of eyes all focused on her she heard a low hiss come from the creature. It was at this moment she truly recognized the horror of her situation and her potential predator! This spider creature had a dog like head on its long neck!

The six eyed dog spider bent it's legs as it released a loud hiss! The girls instincts, while minimal were screaming out for her to run! As the spider jumped at her she let out a scream and dodged the things but by meer inches! The thing slammed into a tree behind her, and the girl ran full speed into the forest! She was so scared that her vision was blurred from a mix of adrenaline and tears! She heard the  hissing come from around her. She shouted as she ran for help!

The girl was snapped into the air violently! She flipped into the air and was stuck with force to a tree! She felt her back shoot pain right up her whole body! She struggled to get free but she was covered in a strange purple, silk like material!

She watched as three of the creatures all crawled up the tree and started to look around her. One got right over her and lowered its head right against her face. It released a low hiss and built to a raspy roar in her face! She saw the things mandibles and rows of unstraightened teeth! She closed her eyes and prayed for this to stop...
