I stood, looking at the white thick fog slowly make its way towards us.
"Aria lets go!!" I heard someone yell from behind me. I ignored that and looked, in shock, at the fog.
"Let's go!!" I heard again then felt my arm being grabbed and yank away from the fog.
I turned around and Carl was holding on to my arm and pulling me away from the fog. we ran down the street and he let go of my arm. as we ran down the street we heard a little voice come from on of the other roads. "hey." We stopped and looked around quickly.
"Hey" we heard again. the voice was soft and sweet.
"Over here" we heard. i turned and saw a girl with blond hair and blue eyes, on the edge of a building almost like she was trying to hide from someone.
"Come here" she said then Gestured us over to her. I looked at the group who was unsure about her. "oh my god I am not going to hurt you guys....i am trying to help you get away from he fog."
They where still unsure about her so I just decided for them and ran over to her. "Aria we can't trust her" Leslie said.
I looked back and said "do we have any choice?."
She just looked at me then shrugged her shoulders and followed me over to her. the girl was wearing shorts with a white tank top on. Carl and Kat, I could tell where still not fully trusting her but they had no choice but to run over to us.
When we got over to her she said to us quickly "follow me, alright." we nodded our heads and she ran down that street. great more running I thought to myself. we ran farther down that street but took a sharp turn to another street then into a building.
"Come on hurry!" She said while opening the door for us so we could all get inside. when we got inside we sat against the wall by two big windows that almost took up the wall. we looked out the window and waited till the fog went by. while we looked out the window we saw two big dogs out front.
How did they survive, I thought to myself. they sniffed the ground and looked around right in front of our building. we watched them then the fog started to gang up behind the two dogs. as the fog got closer to the dogs, they did not move. then the fog touched them and all we saw was white. the windows where covered by just fog. we couldn't see anything outside, not even the dogs.
2minutes later, the fog cleared out and we saw the dogs in the same position they where before the fog came by. they stood perfectly still, not moving a muscle.
"Can we go out now?" Kat asked, rudely to the girl while looking at her.
She nodded and we stood up from our crouching down position and walked out. we walked slowly over to the dogs and they still did not move. They looked kinda lifeless and dead. they looked like they were not even breathing.
"Why aren't the dogs moving?" Leslie asked.
"They look like the frozen people" Kat commented.
"Omg you really don't know about that" the girl said coming out of the building.
"Know about what?" I asked looking at her.
"About the fog and how it keeps things frozen" she relied.
"What do you mean, keeps things frozen?" Carl asked.
"That fog makes every moving thing into frozen stuff like time.....thats what happened to those dogs....they where moving creatures so the fog froze them like time" she explained. We looked confusingly, but also shocked at her.
"I am sorry but what is your name?" Kat asked.
"Oh my name Is Hana....whats yours?" She asked with a happy and perky smile.
