Real Talk

Hatred, despise, loath and wrath shaped me to the person who I am today. The agony, trauma, anxiety and homesickness are all I've been through in the past. But there's still part of me that wants to go home. I guess, I will always long for it: going home to our mansion where my dad sings me to sleep and my mom kisses me good night; and where Arissa tags me whenever I ruined her dollhouse. Those are happy memories that fortified my bad blood. And I will never be home again. The mansion feels empty now. It doesn't feels like home anymore.

Ang pamilyang Spencer... they will root in hell! Even if they die, they will forever leave a mark on my soul. The wound that they created in me that will never be healed. The half of my soul already died together with my family. It lies beside their grave.

"They're here," Catleya announced while peeping through the binoculars.

Nagsilapitan naman sina Alice, Jinx at Megan. Yes, she's now here. She just spent a night there. I don't know where.

I peep trough the scope. From a black SUV, a tall man in a black suit came out. He looks like in his 50's because of his stubbles. The way he move screams authority to me. The dark aura he carries around him can shove people of his non-class away. His stance, facial expression and the way he carries himself look intimidating. On the other hand, Mrs. Herism went from a white SUV. She wears a black fitted shirt matches with black flare pants. She still looks elegant with her frye boots and a hair fixed in a bun.

I already saw him on business magazines and some articles on the internet, but I still can't believe I'm seeing him right now... through the scope of my sniper.

"Ready, Alora," Alice said beside me. She's peeping through her binoculars too.

We are here on the rooftop of a high-rise building condominium, near the port where they are meeting right now.

Jinx and Megan are holding a sniper too. They are in charge for checking the whole place if there are assassins convoyed the two important people.

"Take a good look to those shipping containers," Catleya ordered to Jinx and Megan.

Two days ago when Calter sighed the document, Uncle told me about the plan that's going to be executed today.

"I'll make them sign a contract which transfers their possessions under my name. We won't let them have their son without their signatures."

"That's it, Uncle? You're just going to free Calter after that?"

He looks at me like I was speaking ridiculously. "What kind of mafia would do that? That's very unlikely, of course!" He smirks. "They will be killed before they could step out of the port."

He really has a clear vision about his plans. He knows exactly what to do.

He leans his back on the backrest of his swivel chair. "That's why you shall practice with a sniper... I want a headshot," he looks at me intently.
