I pulled into Payton's driveway and texted her that I was here. Starting today, I'm driving Harry, Evan, and Jude to school too. Payton was going to be taking her brothers to school but I like picking her up every morning, so now I'll just take them all to school,

"I'm excited that Evan and Jude get to ride with us now," Harry told me from the backseat,

"I bet you are" I laughed as I saw the McCormick's walk outside.

I got out and walked around the car with them. I opened Payton's door, pulling the seat forward so Evan and Jude could get in the back. Once they were in, I put the seat back and let Payton in. I quickly got back in the driver's seat and backed out and headed towards the boys' school.

"Ashton turn the music up" Harry whined from the back. I rolled my eyes and turned the radio up before holding Payton's hand,

"I feel like we're in the car with our kids" she joked,

"One day" I shrugged making her laugh.

We got to the boys' school and I pulled up to drop off,

"Have a good day! Remember my mom is picking all three of you up!" Payton called,

"We know sissy" Jude groaned,

"Bye Payton!" Evan called and all three scrambled out of the backseat and over the center console. As soon as the door shut, I pulled Payton to me and kissed her lips,

"I've been waiting to do that until they got out" I laughed,

"Yeah? I was wondering why you hadn't kissed me yet" she smirked. I rolled my eyes and kissed her again before driving towards our school.

The school day was dragging on. I was so ready to go home- or go to Payton's. Luckily we didn't have too much longer, just one more period which was just going to be a senior assembly.

We all filed into the gym and all my friends and I sat together in the bleachers. Payton was sitting in front of me, leaning back against my legs. Grace was next to her doing the same thing with Calum.

"Seniors! We have a few things to address and talk about" our class moderator spoke, "First, everyone's acceptance or rejection letters from the colleges you applied to should be coming in the mail soon. If you applied to UCLA those should arrive today!"

All my friends and I looked at each other. We all applied there,

"Next, your senior trip is at the end of April. We'll be going to Washington DC. So, you have received an email and on it is everything you need in order to go"

"Hey, you can go see your dad's grave" Grace nudged Payton who smiled,

"Lastly, prom is in May. So plan accordingly" she finished up, "Seniors you all can be dismissed"

We all stood and headed out to the parking lot,

"So letters are in the mail. Let's all Skype and open them!" Luke suggested. Everyone nodded and jumped in their cars,

"So let's run by my house and grab mine then we'll go to yours" I suggested. Payton nodded and buckled up, ready to go.

"Okay, who's going first?" Michael spoke, as we all gathered on Skype,

"I'll go" Calum volunteered, looking at Grace. They were together since Calum was at her house. He slowly opened it and grinned,

"I got accepted"

We all cheered then moved onto Grace,

"Yes! I got in!"

We cheered again and Calum kissed her quickly,

"I'll go" Luke spoke and started opening his letter, "Accepted!"

Michael went next,

"Holy fuck, I actually got in" he laughed,

"Alright, Ashton and Payton's turn" Grace spoke.

Payton and I decided to open them at the same time. We pulled the letter out and both looked at each other,

"I got in"

"I got in too"

Our whole friend group cheered,

"We get to go to college together!" Michael cheered.

"We have so much to do. We have to accept scholarships, get dorms, and books" Grace rambled, but Calum and I gave each other a look,

"Why don't we hold off on dorms for a minute" Calum suggested,

"Yeah, I guess you're right" Grace shrugged.

When we all hung up, Payton sat on my lap facing me,

"Why'd you get all weird when we talked about dorms?" she asked, pushing my hair back from my eyes,

"I was wondering if you wanted to get an apartment with me?" I asked. Payton grinned,

"Hell yeah I do! I start my job on Saturday so I can help pay"

I smiled and kissed her. I wasn't necessarily worried about her paying rent. I have and make enough at my job in the garage to pay for it,

"I was a little nervous to ask considering we haven't been dating that long" I chuckled,

"My answers still yes" she smiled, hugging my neck,

"My answers always yes too when it comes to you" I grinned,

"Such a poet"
