{ Payton }

"I don't know what to wear?" I groaned and fell on my bed where Grace sat. She laughed and got up and went to my closet and started digging through stuff as my door opened and three of the four boys walked in- all but Luke. We were going to a party tonight and were meeting at his house. The other three wanted to come by mine first.

"Hey" Calum grinned, kissing his girlfriend before she pushed him off so she could find me clothes,

"So who's party are we going to again?" I asked, moving so the boys could sit,

"Teagen Jacobs"

I groaned,

"So you've met Teagen?" Michael laughed,

"She's on my club team"

Grace laughed then threw clothes at me. I thanked her and walked into the bathroom to change. I liked what she chose- jean shorts, tube top, and Converse. It was similar to what she was wearing.

"Looking good!" Grace whistled. I rolled my eyes,

"Ready to go?" Ashton asked. We all nodded and walked outside to Ashton's car,

"You can take front Payton" Michael opened the door for me,

"Thanks" I smiled and climbed in as Ashton got in the drivers seat and the other three got in the back,

"Okay, off to Luke's"

Ashton's hand was on my back as we walked into the house, immediately being taken back by the music and the smell of both alcohol and weed. If Teagen sees Ashton touching me, she's gonna flip. But Ashton's not my boyfriend so I don't know what her deal is.

Seconds after walking in, our friends disappeared and it was just Ashton and me. He grabbed my hand and led me back to the kitchen, making two drinks and handing me one,

"There's one kid you're gonna have to watch out for" Ashton yelled over the music as we walked back into the living room, "His name's Tommy. He's got like a lifetime supply of drugs and will not hesitate to drug you"

I nodded and let him pull me to wherever. I was more worried about Teagen seeing me- and of course, she did.

"Oh hi!" She smiled fake and hugged me,

"I thought I said stay away" she gritted in my ear. I pulled away and rolled my eyes.

"I'm so glad you're here Ashton!" She giggled and hugged him. Ashton looked at her oddly, but he never let go of my hand,

"Uh yeah" he nodded and pushed off, "We got to go find our friends"

He then pulled me with him as we walked towards Luke who was with some girl I recognized in my History class.

"I literally can't stand her" he huffed as we put our drinks to the side to dance.

{ Ashton }

I held Payton's hands as we danced around with Luke and the girl he was with. I spun her around, making her laugh as she fell against me.

Calum and Grace made their way towards us as well.

Let's just say we were all pretty drunk but I was the most put together which meant I had to make sure everyone got back to Luke's.

I smiled as Payton danced with Grace. I've liked Payton since I met her. She's gorgeous, fun, and all-around a good person. I know we've both been flirty, so I really hope it goes somewhere because, even though I'm only eighteen, I can see myself with her.

My thoughts broke when Payton bumped into me, making me grab her so she didn't fall,

"Thanks" she hugged my waist. I hugged her back as I saw Grace yawn. I pulled my phone from my pocket to check the time- 2:00 in the morning,

"Let's find Mike and get out of here" I spoke to everyone who nodded. Calum and Luke went to find Mike so I went outside with the girls. I was glad to be outside. My head was pounding and I could already feel the hangover coming.

Luke and Calum came out with Mike and we walked back down the street to Luke's. We were all giggling drunk messes, Grace and Payton the worst out of us all.

We walked into Luke's and down to the basement. Luckily his parents weren't home. We all changed and laid out blankets and pillows on the ground.

It only took seconds for us to fall asleep.

The sound of laughter woke me up. My eyes fluttered open and I saw my friends taking a picture. I was confused at first but then realized they were taking a picture of me and Payton cuddling,

"Shut the fuck up" Payton groaned next to me, "He's warm"

I laughed lightly and sat up, stretching out,

"So when are you two going to date?"
