Weeks go by and how many weeks go by the worse Misa starts to doubt Light's love for her and of he really loves her.
She lets out a deep sigh.
She is back with Light at Ryuzaki today.
She has to go to the bathroom and when she comes back she doesn't see Light anywhere.
Then she sees Ryuzaki.
She swallows a big lump in her throat.
Ryuzaki sees her too.
"Hello Ryuzaki".
Ryuzaki's heart beats faster as she runs towards him.
"Say er..it...eh...I'm sorry for everything I've ever said to you...and...I'd like to make it up to you...maybe you'd like to have a cake together the go eat at the cafe around the corner?".
"Um" and Ryuzaki turns bright red again and feels his knees nod.
"Um...yes...seems fun...and especially tasty".
Misa chuckles: "I've secretly always found you very funny, Ryuzaki".
Ryuzaki smiles.
Misa then looks at him again: "Shall we go then?".
"I'm okay with it".
When they walk Light who is working behind a laptop, Misa looks at him: "Light-kun .. I'm going away for a while". "But I'll be right back."
"Yo...have fun" Light says.
Misa frowns but then says nothing more and looks over her shoulder at Ryuzaki and winks at him.
Ryuzaki turns red again and they walk out.
"We're almost there Ryuzaki" she smiles.
Ryuzaki smiles at her and likes to see her so happy.
His heart starts beating faster and faster in his throat and then they are at the door of the cafe.
Ryuzaki sees that Misa is about to open the door, but Ryuzaki stops her. Misa looks at him questioningly.
"I will" and Ryuzaki opens the door for her.
Misa smiles and her heart begins to melt.
Light has never done that for me
She smiles at him: "Thank you Ryuzaki...that's very kind of you".
Ryuzaki smiles and turns bright red again.
"It's a small effort Misa".
Misa chuckles and the two walk in.
And sit all the way in a small corner at a table opposite each other.
Ryuzaki immediately grabs the menu.
"What are you going to take Ryuzaki?".
"I think I'll have a strawberry milkshake...you?" and looks at Misa questioningly.
Misa smiles: "I also have a strawberry milkshake...they make such delicious milkshakes here".
"That's true Misa".
Misa smiles.
She's so cute why is she a Kira too?
then Misa orders the two milkshakes.
While waiting for their milkshakes, Ryuzaki sees that Misa looks quite gloomy.
"Misa?".
Misa looks at him. And bites her lip.
