Jade'S POV
Sunday...
Well after the commotion of yesturday, mum came home... And apparently Derek and Fiona are staying at our house until their dad, and ours, come back... So today we are at their house getting all they need, I mean obviously they can come back to get stuff but mum was being mum, she always asks people staying over to bring more than they need..
" are you going to help me jade?" Derek ask trying to hold three different bags and horribly failing
" Nope you seem perfectly fine" I laugh
He walks over to me, ok more like stumbles over and hands me his school bag, I sigh and take it from his hands, well more like drop it out of his hands
" HOW MUCH HOMEWORK DID THEY GIVE YOU?!" I yell
He just laughs and walks out of the house, I put the strap on my shoulder and start to walk out slightly falling to one side because of the stupid bag and me having it one strap.
" hurry up jade I can't wait all day" he yells from outside
" How the hell do you walk to and from school with this on!" I yell back
I eventually get outside to see a moving truck parked next door and Derek talking to someone across the fence, a boy... Dirty blonde and short hair , tall, blue eyes and kinda cute not handsome but cute who seems to be looking at me... WAIT THEYRE LOOKING AT ME!!
I feel my face go at least 10 shades of red as Derek starts to laugh at me
" not funny Derek!" I say through gritted teeth
The boy starts to laugh aswell and I drop the bag and cross my arms
" now look who's angry" Derek laughs
I go up to Derek face to face , making him turn slightly pink and making him shut up, I cross my arms then I plaster a smirk across my lips
" what are you thinking?" He says cautiously
I turn my attention to the still laughing boy and then look at Derek
" no jade..." He says
I push past him and walk to the fence where the boy is standing
" hi my names jade, I'm sorry about staring before it's just you kinda caught me off Guard " I say
The boy stops laughing and outstretches his hand
" James, James Lozano are you Derek's sister?" He asks
I just laugh and he looks at me confused
" no, no I'm nothing like his sister,I'm his best friend, oh and if you want to really annoy him all you need to is call him.." I'm cut off by Derek putting his hand over my mouth
" ha she's slightly delusional you can't annoy me that much, and I don't have a nickname that she calls me" he lies
I try to pull his hand off my face but it doesn't work, so last resort, I lick his hand and he immediately let's go of my face
" GROSS JADE!!!" He yell trying to get my spit off his hand
" oh I know dere-boo it was last resort, oh and that's what you have to call him to annoy him, dere-boo" I say
James bursts out laughing as he looks at Derek, I slowly turn my head towards him and see the best face ever! His ' I'm going to kill you' face
" I better go" I say before running out of the yard
Well almost, Derek grabbed me by the waist before I could run any further
" shit" I mumble
" you still need to help taking this stuff to your house" he says
" ugh I hate when your right" I groan
" ok well I'm just gonna go now..." James says awkwardly as he runs into his house
I get out of Derek's grasp, walk over to the bags and pick up his school bag
" seriously Derek WHATS IN HERE!" I whine
" school books and my laptop" he says picking up the other two bags
We walk back to my house and see a moving truck infront of the house next to mine and a girl our age In the garden, I look at Derek with worry but he doesn't look at me the same way no his look says revenge
Time skip!
" I cannot believe you did that!" I yell walking into the house
" says the girl who did the almost exact same thing to me!" He yells back
" STOP YELLING!" I hear Michael yell from the lounge
We walk into the lounge and see Michael playing Mario kart with a boy with dark brown hair
" who's this?" I ask
" name Dorian, dorian smith I'm 12 and I have a sister, dark red dyed hair, named London, I believe you met her, I saw you talking to her though the window" he says looking at the tv
" ok then Dorian, nice to meet you" Derek says awkwardly
" yeah sure now be quiet" he says
I laugh slightly making Michael pause the game and look at me
" jade... Don't" he says annoyed
I laugh more making him more irritated and Dorian just sits there staring at the tv,which makes me laugh more
" JADE! SHUT YOUR TRAP!" Michael yells making Derek, Dorian and myself jump
" ok well Bai!" I say quickly before running upstairs
" woah jade wait for me!" I hear Derek say before running after me
He eventually gets upstairs with all his stuff and sits in the hallway panting
" sooo where am I sleeping exactly?" He askS
" where you stayed last time you were here, in my room" I say
Derek goes back into his broken form as soon as I finish my sentence,
Great well at least Fiona's going to have fun if he continues like this
" Derek, are you broken again?" I ask
He doesn't reply and continues to stare
" FIONA YOUR BROTHERS BROKEN AGAIN!" I yell
Fiona runs out of Alisha's room almost crashing into my door on the way, an evil grin plastered on her face
" out of the way..." She says
She walks up to Derek and is about to scream when I realise Derek is right next to the stairs
" Fiona wait!" I yell
" whhhhhhaaaaaaaaattttttt I was about to scare him" Fiona whines facing me
" can you not see that your brother is next to the stairs?" I ask
" yes I can! That's why I was screaming in his right ear" she replies
" Derek's right you are evil" I say
" you figure that now!!?" She yells
" no and just go scare your brother I'm just tired" I whine
The evil grin returns to her face as she walks up to Derek and screams in his right ear
" DERE-BOO"
This brings Derek out of his broken state once again and makes him fall Down the stair
"OW! FIONA IM GONNA KILL YOU!" He yells
Fiona runs into Alisha's room locking the door behind her, leaving me dying with laughter, Derek runs back upstairs and death stares me, which makes me laugh more, I laugh for about 10 minutes straight before eventually calming down
" finally... Now where's Fiona" Derek asks
And guess what, I burst out laughing
" are you on drugs?" I hear Alisha say through the door
" no...no...I'm... Im just tired, I f-find things really funny when I'm tired" I manage to say calmly
" defiantly drugs" I hear her say
" oh shut up!" I say
I hold my now hurting stomach and slide down the wall to the floor
" you ok?" Derek asks with a slight laugh
" fine, just hungry and tired" I say
Derek nods his head then picks up his school bag and gives it to me
" you need to help me still" he says
" MY ROOM IS RIGHT THERE!" Yell pointing to the door next to me
He just laughs before helping me off the floor
" your mean you know that right" I say
Again he laughs and we walk into my room and that's when the Angels sing
"FOODS READY!" My mum yells
" I'll beat you there" I say
" your on" he replies

Derek's POV
After dinner we played Mario cart on the wii since that Dorian kid left and since we were to lazy to put on a movie, but after that was bed since we have school tomorrow yay! Note the sarcasm
Me and jade walk into her room and that's when it gets awkward,
" soooo" I say looking around the room
I haven't slept at their house since I was 12 so 4 years, I mean I've come over here before that but not really stayed here a long time,
" so um I'm gonna go and get changed in the bathroom, so um you just do what you want," she says awkwardly walking into the bathroom,
Ok Derek your gonna be fine, don't need to be worried, your not sleeping in the same bed, your sleeping on a mattress on the floor, why are you so awkward! Even your thoughts are awkward!
Jade walks out of her bathroom completely changed, and I mean emotion too, she seems upset
" you ok jade you seem upset" I say
" fine I'm just fine" she replies
" ok well now I'm gonna go change" I say awkwardly grabbing my pyjamas and walking into the bathroom
Liar I know something's wrong, damn it why didn't I say that! Derek! Say what you want you want to say!
I soon get changed and walk out of the bathroom, slightly startling jade, who's cleaning? She almost never cleans?
" jade are you 100% sure your ok?" I ask cautiously
" fine I'm fine 100%" she says blankly
" ok, well um bed?" I ask
She nods her head and walks to her bed, unlike me who walks to a mattress next to her bed,
" night" I say
" night" she replies
I close my eyes and try to sleep, I said try right? Because I don't fall asleep I stay awake, I try to fall asleep for about half an hour but it doesn't work, something's bothering me, but what? Oh yeah that's right, the fact that my best friend seems really upset but won't admit she is,
I toss and turn for about another half an hour, that until I her something...
Sobbing.
I sit up hitting my head on the side table in the process making a thud
" ow" I groan rubbing my head
" sorry did I wake you?" I hear jade whisper
I look over to her, well her figure since I can't see her properly, and sigh
" no I haven't been able to get to sleep" I say
" oh ok," she replies sadly
" hey you sure your ok? Because you don't sound like it, I mean before you were cleaning, you never clean" I say
I hear her laugh slightly before hearing a slight sob
" no I'm really not, I miss my dad, it may of been 1 day but, I never said goodbye, I was rushing out the door on Friday so I never said goodbye" she says
She starts to cry, or that's what I hear and that's when I know she needs my help
" wanna hug?" I ask
Derek what are you doing?!
" yes" she whispers
Wait, what? She.. Huh!
" ok" I whisper back
I stand up and get in her bed, I wrap my arms around her
" better?" I ask
" much" She replies
She places her ear to my chest and soon falls asleep with me drifting off soon after

Time skip AGAIN!
Alisha's POV
Monday...
Me and Fiona walk into the kitchen where mum is cooking MA FAVOURITE FOOD! pancakes!
" yum!" I say sitting in one of the bar stools
" oh ma glob! Pancakes!" Fiona yells sitting in the stool next to me
" yes pancakes wow, now you Alisha go get your sister," mum says pointing to me with a spatula
" and you get your brother" she says again but this time to Fiona
" and your brother aswell, uh, um, ugh! Just go wake up your siblings!" She yells
I groan before jumping off the bar stool, Fiona following behind and we walk up the stairs and to jades room first, we swing the door open only to see Derek and jade in bed together...
" not a couple psh" Fiona laughs
That's when a great Idea comes to mind
" Fiona grab your camera, I think we have some filming to do..." I say mischievously
Fiona nods her head and I run into Michaels room
" Michael wake up pancakes down stairs, and need to use your air horn" I say
Michael sits up straight at the word pancakes, before running out the door
I find his air horn, and no I don't know why he has one, its probably a weapon he'll one day use to make jade shut up,
I run back into jades room and see Fiona already there,
" ok press record now.." I say
She does what she's told and presses record
" three, two, one"
HONK!

Jades POV
HONK!
My eyes snap open and I push my arms forward, Pushing Derek off the bed
Hey when I'm suddenly awoken I spaz!
" ow my head!" Derek yells
I crawl over to side of the bed to see Derek rubbing his head and groaning
" shit, are you ok?" I say
" I'm fine I'm just gonna kill the person who blew that horn" he says
" who did that?" I say slightly annoyed
I look behind me and See Alisha and Fiona laughing their heads off
Fiona with a camera in her hand and in Alisha's an air horn
" run Fiona run!" Alisha Yells
" your the one who should be running bitch!" I yell jumping off the bed and running out the door
I run after Alisha, down the stairs, over the furniture while she keeps yell
" I woke her up mum! NOW HELP ME!"
She turns a corner into the kitchen so I follow, only to run into a pan that Fiona was holding
" ow!" I yell falling to the floor
" mum! Why again is Alisha and Fiona allowed to be friends!" I whine getting up
" the same reason you and Derek are allowed to be friends" she says
" oh we're nothing like them mum, nothing like them at all" Alisha says an evil grin plastered on her face
