Wednesday... ( three days later)
Jades POV
Me and Derek start to walk home and as usual, I tease Derek..
" Dere-booooo! Carry meeeee iiiimmmm tiiiirrrreeeeddd! Or do I have to ask Winnie the Pooh... If I ever find him or you magically turn into him" I whine
Derek scowls at me, he's not in a great mood today...
This is what happened...

" ok class today we are starting a group assignment, you will have to be in partners, my worst students with my best students and its male singer and male singer and female with female" mr Asher says
" harsh!" One of the boys scoffs
Of course someone would say that, they're probably one of the worst singers in class, that or they want to sing with a girl... Ha! Sing! That's to funny! most of the boys in this school only do sport and hate performing arts, they would only have two things on their minds, doing sports and doing girls.
" be quiet or you'll fail, have to do a harsher assignment which will need more time and the time I'll pull you out to do this work is when you'll have PE" mr Asher scowls
I look at the boy who commented and I swear i went red with rage, it was matt halva, or as I like to call him matt half a brain, the guy who always tries to flirt with me and if he's not doing that he's sexually harassing me, AND JUST TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER!!!! He was staring straight at me...
" ok ok mr Asher I'll be a good boy" he says winking at me
I clench my fists then look back at the front, Derek looks at me then leans over to me
" you alright or is matt bugging you?" He says glaring back to matt
" no I'm just fine" I say releasing my fists
" if your sure"
He sits back in his chair normally and looks straight at the board,a strand of his hair sticking out of the side of his head, I laugh slightly before placing it back into his hair
" didn't get to style your hair I see, is that why your so grumpy today" I giggle
" no and yes, I didn't get much sleep last night and to make it better I hit my head on your Frickin bed side table again, I swear it's been the 10 thousandth time this month and yes I didn't style my hair properly so I might be just a little bit grumpy" he whispers
" well don't worry your personal stylist is here to save the day" I whisper back
He smirks at me and I smirk back,
"Ok now for the partners" mr Asher States

Derek is partners with matt?!? I start to breath uneasily, I stumble through my pockets trying to find my inhaler, but don't find it,
Derek puts his hand on my shoulder and hands me my inhaler, I take it from him quickly and breath normally
" miss kattina are you alright?" Mr Asher asks
" fine, fine just peachy" I say putting my inhaler in my pocket
" ok but if you need to say something say it" he says
I nod my head and look over to Derek
" you alright?" He whispers
" no, your singing with my worst enemy, HOW WOULD I BE FINE!" I whisper shout
" hey you think I'm ok with it, I hate the guy as much as you!" He whisper shouts
" is there something interesting that you two are talking about over there miss kattina, mr McNally?" Mr Asher asks
" No" we say at the same time

" what we're you doing with my inhaler?" I ask
" huh?" Derek asks
" during music, I was freaking out and needed my inhaler and you had it why?"
" oh that, you left it in your bathroom this morning, just before we left I was trying to fix my hair and saw you left it in there, so I grabbed it" he. Confirms
" so most of the day you've been carrying around a bright purple inhaler.." I giggle
He hits my arm before turning the corner into my street
" I forgot I had it till you started to breath differently" he says crossing his arms
I start to laugh at his pouting and give him a side hug, still walking
" awww Dere- boo tank you" I laugh
He puts his arm around me and hugs back, I can't help but melt, he's so caring even when he's upset....
URGH! Jade don't do this he's your best friend.... That is really cute.... NO WAIT URGH! Don't..... He may not even like you back! He probs doesn't anyway...

I release him from the hug as we walk past London's house and into mine, but London sees us hugging before we stop and when I get to the door I look over to London to see her doing a heart shape with her hands and mouthing the words,

I raise my middle finger to her mouthing

She bursts out laughing then walks into her house and I walk into mine, seeing Derek, Michael, Dorian and Fiona playing a round of super smash bros and Alisha and Rachel playing super Mario bros on their Ds'
" jeez Derek how fast does it take you to get inside and start playing games? Or was I just out there for a really long time having a silent conversation?" I ask
" first choice" Derek says looking at the screen
I laugh at him before throwing my bag to the side of the couch and walking over to my chair and swinging my legs over the side of it, I grab my phone and see a message from London

London: first switch partners for the music assignment with me and second what was that all about? Hugging Derek ? Did he ask you? DID YOU ASK HIM? OMG PLZZZZ tell me!!!!!!

Jade: woah woah woah calm down! I was hugging Derek to thank him! He had my inhaler because I forgot it this morning! I would probs be in hospital if he hadn't got it ! And also no! And another thing! What's with u and Jamez, almost two months ago you hated his guts and said you moved here because of him AND NOW YOUR BEST FRIENDS!! What did he say to you when you talked to him the first day???

London: ugh I was regreting thus day... He was saying he was sorry, that he was a scared little boy and that he really regretted it, that he still wants to be one of my friends that he did it because he had a crush on me... He doesn't now because I lashed out at him a year ago and I absolutely scared him... But he did

I laugh at my confuzzleness of London and collect the attention of everyone in the room
" what?"
I look at the room and see Derek not there
" where's der-ACK!" I yell
I get sprayed with water, I look up to see Derek with his water bottle in hand, laughing away
" DEREK YOU...YOU..." I growl
He runs away and into the back yard and i follow , Only to get covered in green slime
"DEREK!" I scream
" pay back for getting cream in my hair, I put slime in yours!" He yells
At that moment London jumps onto the fence ( from her house of course) and looks at me, starting to laugh
" what, the. Heck. What happened! Oh my god Derek this is to funny!" She laughs out
I walk over to Derek and pull some of the slime from my hair and put it in his and mess up his hair
" as your personal stylist i personally think this is a great look for you, slime in the hair is so in this season" I say acting all professional
" I hate you"
" no no you really don't, now if you don't mind me I'm going to go wrap my slime cover jacket around London's face" I whisper so London can't hear

He smirks and nods in agreement, I take off my jacket and look at London, She looks at me in a confused manner then I throw my jacket at her face and BULLSEYE! I get it!
She pulls the jacket off her face and throws it to the floor
" JADE! I AM NOT APART IF YOUR PRANK WAR!" She yells
" I know"
I walk up to the fence to get my jumper and try to leave but London gets my arm before I could
" I seriously thought you were gonna kiss him" she whispers
" what?"
" your faces were that close, I thought you were gonna kiss, and then when you took off your jacket and looked at me I got extremely confused"
I look at her then walk away
" ok London bye" I say
I walk back up to Derek then slap him in the stomach with my jacket getting slime and dirt on his shirt
" hey!" He laughs
" hey to you to...why slime Derek! Why not water! Now I'm going to have an hour long shower to just get it out of my hair!" I say walking back inside
" awww! Can you wash the slime out of my hair first!" He whines
" nope! Oh and before I forget..." I pull my phone off my pocket and take a picture of Derek's hair
" this is going on Instagram" I laugh
He tries to take the phone off of me but he fails
This is the best revenge ever!
