Chapter 1

*Cassie's POV*
Hi, I am Cassie a 17 year old girl who has the bestest friend in the world named Ella who is almost 16. Ella and I have been best friends since 1st grade. Ever since then we haven't spent anytime without each other. Ever since magcon was created, that became our thing to be addicted to. I have 1 little sister named Emily who is 7 years old. When I was 7 years old, my real dad left with no child support and my mom (Lacey) barley had enough money to take care of me. 3 years later she met my step-dad Michael and they then had Emily when I was 10.

I got a text from my other best friend Cameron. He woke me up.
[Cameron❤: hey sunshine, are you ready for today?]
I love it when he calls me sunshine. Btw first day of being a softmore.
[Me: yes, kinda]
[Cameron❤: don't worry gorgeous, Ella and I will be there for ya. I'll pick you up around 8am.]
[Me: okay.]
I looked at the clock and it was 6:45am. Just enough time to get ready.
I finally got my lazy ass out of bed and made me some waffles. I made some for Emily too.
After I ate breakfast, I took a shower then straighted my hair. After I did my hair, I did my makeup and put on some black jeans and a floral crop top that barley showed my stomach. I looked at the clock and it was 7:30am. I decided to text Cameron.
*Cameron's POV*
After I texted Cassie that I'd pick her up at 8 to take her to school, I got dressed. After that, I woke up my mom and made breakfast. When I finished eating I got a text from Cassie.
[Cassie Bo Bassie: hey, Starbucks before school?]
[Me: yeah, on my way bae❤].
