Chapter Thirty

Danielle walked into her office, just like any normal day, she opened her door to find Isabella already working at her desk.

"Isabella? You're here early" Danielle looked at her confused.

"Yeah sorry, I think I've potentially found you-us a new artist" She smiled with a slight eyebrow raise.

"Oh yeah? Who?"

"Come look" Danielle walked around her desk, Isabella handed her a earphone and tilted her laptop screen.

Isabella played her a few different videos, "So?" She questioned "Do you like her?"

Danielle face lit up, "I do indeed" she smiled, "move over let me in" Danielle laughed, Isabella stood up and pulled another chair over letting Danielle have her own chair.

"Where is she based?" Danielle questioned.

"I believe it's LA" Isabella smiled excitedly.

Danielle scrolled through a bunch of different videos, profiles, she sent a few emails out asking for press packs. The couple didn't realise how long they were sat there. They'd drank two coffees each in the time they were sat there.

There was a knock at the door, "Yeah?" Danielle called out. They were so invested in this new potential artist that they hadn't noticed who'd walked it.

Danielle looked up to spot her girlfriend, she didn't look too happy. "Hello beautiful" Danielle smiled at Stefania.  "I think we've struck gold here" Danielle smiled at Isabella.  "How did you find her?" Danielle asked.

Stefania blood started to boil, seeing her girlfriend sat so close to this woman made her so angry. Why was she smiling at her. Stefania tried to keep her cool, "Danielle?" Stefania said as she gritted her teeth. "Yes bambi?"

"Are we still going for lunch?" Stefania asked trying to keep her cool.

"Absolutely, just give me a second baby" Danielle smiled at her girlfriend.

"Okay so, take a lunch break. We'll get back to work once I'm back" Danielle stood up, tapped Isabella on the shoulder and walked over to her girlfriend. "You okay baby?" Danielle asked.

"Fine" Stefania rolled her eyes and walked out of Danielle's office, Danielle followed close by. Danielle tried to hold her hand but Stefania pulled away.

They left the building and walked towards Danielle's car. "Hey Stef, baby, what's going on?" Danielle held Stefania's arm leaning her up against the car.

"I said I'm fine Danielle" Stefania snapped.

"No you're not, talk to me, is it that baby? Are you okay?" Danielle asked her, she was starting to freak out a little.

"I'm hungry okay, we're hungry" Stefania gestured towards her stomach.

"Okay" she nodded "Can I get a kiss?" Danielle asked looking up at her girlfriends beautiful brown eyes.

Stefania sighed and leaned down to kiss Danielle, she quickly pecked her lips and pulled away.

Danielle's decided to leave it for now, she got in the driver seat and drove to the restaurant. The ride was completely silent, Danielle tried to make small talk but Stefania shut her down.

The blonde pulled up into a space and turned the car off. Stefania let out a deep sigh. "Stef, we're not going in there until you tell me what's wrong" Danielle turned and looked at her.

"Danielle, I have already told you, I'm- " "You're not find Stefania"
Danielle cut her off. "Have I done something? What have I done? You're worrying me"
