After the mornings shenanigans in the shower, they quickly got dressed, Stefania loaning Danielle some fresh clean clothes.

"I can drop you off?" Stefania suggested.

"Could you please?" She asked with a quick peck.

Stefania dropped Danielle off outside her building and continued on to her work place. As she pulls up to park she notices Danielles phone on her passenger seat. She had another hour till she starts work so she decided to pull back out and drive 20 minutes back to Danielles work.

As she parked she notices a tall brunette, hair kind of like hers stumble out of the main doors, tears streaming down her face, she looked drunk or on something. Stefania felt kinda bad, she paused and thought if she should go and check on her but decided against it.

She entered the building and briefly explained to the red head on reception why she was there, she pointed to the direction of Danielles office and off she went. Down a long corridor, walls plastered with artists and albums, some newspaper cut outs of relevant music business stuff.

She reached a door with "D. Savre" printed on a metal slab. She knocked gently not wanting to startle her but no answer. The receptionist said she was in her office so she decided to knock again and she was happy to hear "Yeah, come in".

Stefania walked in and she was impressed, dark walls with a big window in the back, a large black desk with computers and speakers. A large couch with a record style coffee table, posters all over the walls with different artists on.

"Hey Dani, you forgot your phone in my car" she whispered.

Dani slowly lifted her head and her eye was black and blue. "Oh my god, bambina are you okay?" The brunette ran over to her and cupped her chin, tilting her head slightly so she could get a better look.

"Yeah I'm fine" the blonde groaned moving out of her grip.

She took her phone from the brunette and placed in on her desk. "Thanks" she said shyly.

"Can you tell me what happened? Who did this to you?" Stefania asked concerned.

"I don't want to talk about it. Like I said. I'm fine" she turned her chair back around and logged into her computer.

"Dani-"  she was cut off "I said. I am fine Stefania". The blonde interrupted her.

She didn't mean to be rude but right now she just wanted to be left alone.

"My apologies, then I will go" the Italian paused and waited for Danielle to say something but she didn't. She took that as her queue to leave. She wanted Danielle to stop her, even if it was just for a kiss but nothing.

As the brunette left, Danielle groaned, she was in pain, physically and emotionally. She's just had her heart broken by someone she loved, someone she lived with, someone she once called her best friend.

She was good at moving on from things, hiding her emotions. She didn't regret sleeping with Stefania but now she was questioning whether or not it was a good idea. She felt like she needed some time to herself, she needed to be Danielle.

"Get a grip Danielle, stop spinning" a voice in her head echoed. She decided it was best to dive into her work, after all, she was now at least 3 hours behind on the days schedule.

A email appeared in the bottom corner of her screen. It was from the major label they had just merged with. She read through it and got exited. They want her and Colby to come to the LA office for a few days, have a meeting with potential artists and do what musicians do best.... Party... and make music of course.
