Athena POV
Pagkatapos bayaran ni Ace at nang nasa kotse na niya ang mga shopping bags. I told him to drive me home pero hindi siya pumayag.
"I just want to rest Ace! Please!" I tried convincing him.
"No! I'm not talking you home" matigas niyang tanggi.
"Why?" I whined. "Please I badly want to get home.. Hmm!"
He clicked his tongue. "And what! To cry?"
Natuptup ko na lang ang labi ko. Well, how did he know? Nababasa niya ba ang nasa isip ko? I have this habit of crying when I have encountered messy situation. Just like when I was in PH. Kahit ayaw ko, kusa na lang lumalabas.
"Let's go!" he said, a bit irritated.
"You'll drive me home?" I asked expectantly.
"NO!" he hissed.
He guide me to his car and just let him take me to where he want me to. At napanganga na lang ako ng sa Zoo niya ako dinala.
I'm wrinkling my nose as I was staring at the entrance.
"Bakit dito? Mukha ba akong mahilig sa animal?" naiinis kung tanong sa kanya.
Why can't he just drive me home!
He just shrugged. His one hand was inside his pocket while the other was holding a phone, texting maybe. Nakasandal siya sa kotse niya.
Binalingan ko ang entrance ng Zoo at iginala ang mata ko. I've never been to any Zoo dahil hindi ko naman to hilig. It would be my first time.
Habang nakatayo ako, Ace hold my hand and gently dragged me inside.
I didn't expect na magugustuhan ko pala ito. Panay tingin ko sa lahat ng mga animal na nadadaanan namin. Panay din ng kuha ko ng picture sa mga ito. Napapangiti na lang ako habang nawiwili.
After two hours of exploring, umalis din kami. Pero hindi para umuwi, we went to watch a movie sa isang sinehan.
I shrieked when I saw a familiar movie. "Let's watch this! Nakakaiyak daw to sabi ni Danica!" I beamed at him.
He immediately shook his head. "NO! We're watching this!" seryoso nitong sabi habang nakaturo sa diko makilalang movie.
I grunted pero wala na akong nagawa! Ang pangit niyang kasama!
Turn out the movie he choose was a comedy at tawa ako ng tawa habang nanonood kami. Halos sumakit ang tiyan ko kakatawa! Samantalang bored na bored naman ang kasama ko.
Anong inaarte nito? Siya naman may gusto nito!
After that movie, hindi pa kami umuwi. We went to a restaurant and eat… And then after that, we went to a sport game and we played archer. He played well kaya nagpaturo ako sa kanya.
Kaya gabi na niya ako inuwi. Not in my condo but in Cerene's hotel.
We argued about that. Bakit ba don pa kong pwede namang sa condo ko. Pero wala, masyadong demanding. Babalik na daw sa PH sina mom and Cerene kaya I should bond with them!
So in the end, talo ako. He wouldn't drive me home if I stayed in my damn condo as he said.
I was grinning at my phone looking for the pictures I took when I remembered the 10 million na utang ko.
"Ahh! About the ten million.. Babayaran kita pag naayos na ang card ko! Or you could give me your bank account"
He instantly creased his forehead. "Did I ask you to pay?" parang kasalanan ko pang ipinaalala ko ah!
