Celene POV
"What are you doing here?" gulantang kong tanong ng nasa tapas ko na si Ace. He freaking violated my space dahil sa masyadong paglapit niya sa akin.
Tinignan ako nito as if what I've just asked was the dumbest question he received. "This is our island Celene, why would I not come?" nakangisi nitong sabi as he stares at me intently. My heart skipped a beat and I wasn't able to say a thing. Mga alon lang ang naririnig sa pagitan namin.
Ibinaba niya ang mukha niya na mas lalong nagpalapit sa mukha namin. Ngayon siya naman ang nagtanong sa akin "Why are you here? Your sister said you're not coming" he asked with a smirk on his face. I felt his breath on my face and God he smells good.
Nanoot ang lalamunan ko. "Well I.. I don't know why I came. And I shouldn't" I glared at him as I stepped back. "It seems that I'm not welcome here anyway" I spat bitterly.
He chuckled as he licked his lips.
"You're very welcome here baby. In fact.. If ever you would want to live here, I will allowed you" natatawa nitong sabi.
Kumulo ang dugo ko, so I marched out of his sight. I've been telling him to not call me baby but he won't just stop. At nasasanay na ako kung hindi pa siya tumigil.
Agad akong pumunta sa kitchen at tumambad sa akin ang mga kasamahan na naghaharutan. They’re cooking food for dinner I guess.
Hinatak ko si Cerene sa gilid at bululong dito "Bakit andito si Ace?" naiinis kong tanong.
Lumaki ang mata nito "He's here? I thought he's not coming" gulat ding sabi ng kapatid ko.
Agad nangunot ang noo ko. "You didn't plan this trip?"
Tumaas ang kilay niya sa tanong ko. "Of course not. I've had enough of you ordering me" maldita niyang pabulong, she then glanced at Vince.
Natahimik kami sa pagbulong ng dumating si Ace sa kitchen.
"Bro, you came?" gulat na tanong ni Jake. "It's so Unbelievable!". Rinig kong nagtawanan ang mga ilan sa melodramang si Jake.
It turns out, Ace was not supposed to be here but he came just because he changed his mind. Siya din ang nagsabi sa mga tauhan nito na umalis muna ang mga ito sa mansion to gave us privacy.
Goodness! Privacy my ass. Sinong mag-aasikaso sa amin?
"If he's not supposed to be here, bakit pa siya pumunta?" irritated kong bulong ulit sa kapatid ko ng kumakain na kami ng dinner.
Cerene gaped at me. "He has the right sister. He owns this island"
Namilog ang mata ko sa narinig "Ano? I thought it is a family owned property?" bakas sa boses ko ang pagkagulat.
Who wouldn't, like did he really own this Island? This freaking big Island?
"Well, you didn't know a thing about him. He owned this one pero hindi niya sinasabi sa amin. He always says na it was his family property"
Mariin kong tinitigan ang kapatid ko habang nakataas ang kilay. "If he's not telling you, paano mo nalaman sa kanya ito?"
"Vince told me"
She dismissed our topic. Nakihalo siya sa usapan ng mga kasama nito.
Ako ang naunang natapos kumain at agad akong pumunta sa assign room ko para maligo.
There's still this part of me that can't believe this property belongs to Ace.
He can't be.. I don't like it! Kasi mas rarami ang magkakagusto sa kanya kapag nalaman nilang mayaman ito.
