I was just about to dress up when I saw my phone sitting beside my study table. Smile slowly crept into my face as I remember what we did yesterday.
May lakad sana ang squad kaya ako pinuntahan ni Cerene kina Diana pero laking dismaya nila ng umalis kami ni Ace.
"I don't give a damn about you people!" walang mudo niyang sinabi sa kanila saka ako pinasakay sa kotse niya.
He bought a new phone. And the thing is, ako ang pinagbayad niya using his credit card as I can't use mine.
I grinned.
Not bothering to dress up, I went to my study table, grabbed my phone, and dialed his number
"Hi baby" masayang bati ko nang sagutin niya ang tawag ko.
[Damn baby, I'm turned on] he said with a husky and seductive voice.
Napairap ako.
"Perv" I paused to hide my giggle "Where are you?"
Nangunot ang noo ko ng wala na akong marinig na sagot. Na end pala ang call.
Goodness! Napapadalas na ang kilig ko.
I reluctantly went to my vanity table and work on my my wet hair. Tumunog ulit ang phone ko. I saw Ace calling me again, this time through video call.
I automatically smile and eagerly accepted the call. Tumambad sa akin ang isang place that looked like an office. Nakaupo siya sa swivel chair with his white polo shirt and a suit.
Napangiti ako ng makita ang gwapo niyang mukha.
"Baby, you're in an office?" curious kong tanong.
He smirked. [Damn, you made me feel something when you call me baby]
I snorted then rolled my eyes.
"Where are you, Ace?" seryoso kong tanong. Hindi yan titigil pag sinabayan ko ang kalukuhan nito.
He and his testosterone is getting onto my nerve. He no longer bothered filtering his word.
He chucked. [I'm in Zanturi empire]
My eyebrow creased. "And why is that? You're not a businessman -- Where is your cousin?" napapairap kong tanong.
[He's on a date with your sister] He mock.
Natawa ako sa itinuran nito. He then smile after seeing me laughed.
Napatingin ito sa bandang unahan ng may marinig itong bumukas na pinto.
I heard a voice but hindi ko ma comprehend ang sinasabi nito let alone kaninong boses.
I stopped laughing. Napatingin siya sa hawak niyang phone ng hindi ako kumikibo. Hindi nagtagal, nalagay sa back ang focus ng cam at tumambad sa akin ang isang nakasalamin na lalaki.
I saw how he nervously approached the table with his trembling steps.
[Sir, these are the file that… that needs to be signed immediately] he said stammering.
I heard Ace groaned, it made the man stiffed in his position.
[You can leave] after getting the file, he immediately dismissed the man. Agad naman itong lumabas.
The camera then turned on the front cam revealing smiling Ace.
I smile too. I want to ask bakit takot ata sa kanya ang lalaki but I stop myself.
