Elizabeth POV

Seconds later when everyone was seated Eric said grace and we started eating. I literally had of everything that filled the table.

"so Elizabeth tell us how you met?"

Hannah asked from her seat before putting a piece of meat in her mouth.

"well...."

I started looking to William with a smile.

"we actually bumped carts in the store. We obviously apologized but there was something about that day that...... , I can't really explain. Anyway because alot of things were going on in my life at that point, I didn't think I'd see William again. Especially since we met In a cleshe place As a grocery store. Anyway we then later saw each other at a friend's Christmas party. And then we went out to dinner and thr rest is pretty much history..... "

I said looking over at William with love and admiration.

" I'm not leaving anything out am I? "

I asked looking at him.

" nope that the story "

He said cutting into his steak.

We continued to eat when Williams mother Penelope said .

" William tell us if you a son"

"ahh yes, his names hunter, his turning 4 next month. He literally and figuratively impacted my life in different ways. They say children is a blessing and when I had hunter I could finally understand what they meant"

I said thinking of the moment I found out about hunter.

"you haven't touched your wine"

Seth commented

I looked at the glass, not even realizing.

"she's probably not thirty Seth"

William said back.

"or it's something else"

He then said further.

Everyone looked at the two of us. If it was up to me I'd tell them. But this is Williams family and he probably wanted to tell them some other way.

"shut up"

William snerld at him.

"boys!!!!!!"

Eric said a little loud with much authority.

They just stared at each other and continued to eat.

Akward silence filled the room. You could literally only hear breathing, utensils clattering the plates.

I put my hand on Williams hand to calm him a bit down.

"it's okay"

I mouthed to him. The wrinkles on his forehead flattened. And his shoulders went down, indicating he was relaxing.

We finished dinner in silence and glances.

When we were done we all moved to the patio.

"you okay ?"

I asked William when the two of us were alone.

"yeah, I'm fine"

He said leaning in a kissing me on my forehead.

While we were sitting outside they asked me a few more questions like family and career wise stuff.
Just when dessert came William spoke up.

"I have something to say."
