Chapter 10

Elizabeth POV

We started with the food. I got Lewis to chop the onions which he didn't know how to chop.

I put the noodles in a pot with water. When the onions were brown Lewis threw the mince in. I grated the cheese. We messed around a little and laughed. It felt nice like we fit so perfectly.

"no Lewis"

I said warning him

"come on"

He said chasing me around the kitchen with the flour.

He threw it on my face

"no you didn't"

I said feeling like a mess with all this flour

When he came to wipe the flour off I got a hold with a hand full of flour and threw it on his head.

We chased each other for a while until we were entangled in each other's arms.

I took my hand and wiped his face.

"this is my world Lewis"

I said with all honesty

"and we can make it work Elizabeth, you should just give us a chance."

I got out of his arms and walked a few feet away from him.

"okay fine, give me a chance to prove to you that we can make this work"

I thought long and hard about this.

I turned to him and looked into his eyes that were pure.

"okay"

I said. He came to hug me and twirled me around.

"thank you"

He said, with that he kissed me on the forehead and just then his phone rang.

A few seconds later he said he had to leave.

"at least take a little food with you"

I insisted since he helped me make it

"okay sure fine"

I proceeded to out the food in a bowl and give it to him.

"I'll see you tomorrow"

He said leaving a kiss on my forehead.

I smiled closing the door

"you got a boyfriend, you got a boyfriend"

My sister was teasing me

"hey hey, you supposed to be doing your homework"

"I'm done"

We watched TV till mama came home. We ate and all went to bed.

The next morning I was feeling better. I got dressed and headed to work.

I got to work and there was alot of work on my desk.

I got things organized and put what needed to be signed one side.

Just then my phone rang

"hey babe, didn't speek to you in a long time"

Rose said threw the phone

I double checked the time because it was early for rose to be up

"you up early"

I said packing papers away

"I have a early flight, I have that shoot in Japan remember"

"oh fuck, yes shit I forgot, I'm sorry rose"
