Chapter 79

Elizabeth POV

The Sunday we went to mama's house for lunch. While I was doing the dishes my phone chimed.

I opened my phone to see a message from William.

He sent me the adress, time and day for our session.

"William sent me the information"

I said aloud to mama.

"I think this will be good for the two of you."

"I hope so mama, because I really miss William"

I said. I then proceeded to tell her about yesterday when I bumped Into William and his family.

She gave me her input on this whole situation I find myself in. I know mama just wants thr best for me she always does.

By 10:00pm we left since hunter had school the next day too.

"call when you get home okay"

Mama said. I said yes then kissed and hugged her goodbye.

Hunter buckled himself in the passenger side. Before we drove we both waved at mama.

Hunter and I were laughing about things. Everything happened so fast. The next minute the car flipped over and over. And then suddenly it stopped and darkness took over.

When I regained consciousness I heard hunter hell 'mama' as people helped him out the car.

"we have to get you out of here ma'am"

A guy said.

Everything was still blur. There we lots of voices and sounds. I could make out people rushing over to us and then darkness took over again.

Williams POV.

I couldn't sleep not after holding Elizabeth in my arms yesterday. I decided to head to the gym to let go.

By the time it was midnight I called it a night and headed back to the room.

On my way to the bathroom I checked my phone for anything.

My screen was filled with missed calls from Elizabeths mother, rose, the boys, Bella and Adam and even my mother.

I then called Elizabeths mother back.

"William"

She said as soon has she picked up. She then started crying.

"what's going on?"

I asked confused and worried.

Just then a new voice spoke.

"William, Elizabeth and hunter was in a terrible accident"

Rose said through the phone. Just then the phone fell out my hand and I frozed.

When my life entered my body again I picked the phone up while changing.

"which hospital?"

I asked impatient. When she gave it I immediately switched it off and pulled a hoodie over my head and heard down. The elevator took too long so I took the stairs. While I rushed down the flight of stairs I called front desk to bring my car ASAP.

By then time I came down stairs but car was waiting for me.

As soon as I got In I hit the gas and speeded straught to the hospital. My mind was praying snf hoping for skitnif things. Mainly that they both are going to be okay.

In minutes I pulled in a parking spot at the hospital.

In seconds I was out the car and running to the front desk for direction and then running. I could see everyone from a distance.

"I got here as soon as I can, what's going on? Where are they?"

"they both still in surgery. The nurse said that Elizabeth has bleeding on the brain and a few broken bones."

Rose said.

"and Hunter?"

I asked shocked and scared all of a sudden.

"they said he was conscious for some time then blacked out. They didn't come back with any news from him yet"

She said tears rolling down.

"Eveyhting will be okay"

I said taking her in my arms.

Whike holding rose I found myself shedding tears.

Just then Elliot took a crying rose from me. I sat down next to mother with my hands in my hair.

"it's all my fault. I should've been there with her, with both of them."

I found myself saying aloud.

"honey this isn't your fault. You couldn't stop the drunk driver"

She said. Running tm back with her hand.

"drunk driver?"

I asked surprised.

"yes, they were on their way home from her mother's house. And then all of sudden the drunk driver knocked the car while speeding"

She said.

Now I was furious. This person needed to pay.

"you have to be here for both of them now. The police are handling the driver."

Mother said, as if she read my mind.

"I fell helpless mother"

I said confused and anxious.

"we all feel this way honey. But all we can do is pray."

She said comforting me.

We sat around waiting for hours. Everyone was sad, crying and praying. We all felt helpless.

When sunrise rolled in the doctors came through the door.

"hunter bardots family?"

The doctor called.

Elizabeths mother got uo fast.

"I'm his grandmother. Is everything okay doctor?"

She asked as rose kept her.

"his stable besides a few broken bones and a internal bleeding we stopped, he'll be fine. We will keep monitoring him"

The doctor said.

We all let out a breath of air.

"can we see him doctor?"

Rose asked.

"we still have to be careful, but I'll inform you when you can"

The doctor said.

Just as the doctor left Lewis cam running.

"what's going one? How are Elizabeth and my son?"

He asked out of breath and impatient.

"the doctor just told us that he is fine. They taking him to the intensive care unit and keep monitoring him. He just has a few broken bones and they stopped the internal bleeding"

Rose informed him. He too let a breath out.

"and Elizabeth?"

He then asked looking worried again.

Rose then shackled her head.

"nothing yet."

She said sitting back down next to Elizabeths mother.

"Elizabeth is strong Mrs S, she's going to make it"

Lewis said bending to Elizabeths mothers height.

She then started crying again. Lewis then took her and hugged her.

I then started getting emotional too. Elizabeth just had to make it. It was crucial at this point. She survived Everything for her to just die now.
