"Hey, K--"
"Noona!" He stood quickly, knocking over his textbook into the desk beside him. "Shit, sorry-- noona!" You hurried over, fixing the strap of your bag.
"Jesus, Koo-- I'm right here."
"Guess what?" You took a seat across from him at your table and he hurried to sit too.
"What happened?"
He grinned and slid a paper your way. You glanced at it. "We did it!"
You laughed. "You did it, Jungkook! Stop giving me credit." He chuckled and pulled his test back, a ninety in the corner enough to elite him with happiness.
"But you helped, noona." He grinned and put his books away. "Let's skip tutoring today."
"Nope."
"Please? To celebrate?" You sighed and he pouted. "I got one of the highest scores! Shouldn't I get a break?"
"But don't you want to keep getting the best marks?" He smiled and stood, packing up his things anyway. You shook your head, fixing your purse as you stood too.
"I think we should reward myself."
"That doesn't make any sense, Koo." He took your wrist, tugging. "Grammatically."
"Let's get coffee or something." You nodded and followed him right out of the library. He walked down the sidewalk backwards to keep facing you. You warned him of anyone he'd bump into. "You never said you were proud of me, noona."
"Course I'm proud, Koo, good job." He smiled. "How are your other courses going?"
"Good, I think. Your friend-- Jiminie hyung-- is actually in one of my classes."
"Jimin's in a first year's class?" Jungkook shrugged but nodded as he opened the coffee shop door for you. "Did you make friends with anyone else?"
"Sorta-- the boys in my house are kinda cool." You grinned. "And I made friends with this guy in one of my math classes."
"So only physics has been causing you trouble?" He nodded and thanked you again for tutoring him in the subject. "Well, I'm glad your first year of university is going well."
"What about you, noona? Jiminie hyung said you guys have a dance competition soon." You nodded and moved up a space in line.
You'd known Jungkook just for as long as you'd known Jimin and Tae. You'd all gone to the same middle school and then the same high school as well. Being in the year below you, you and Kook had not been close growing up. Still, once you heard he was looking for a physics tutor, you stepped up.
Even though he'd known physics would be an important component in a degree towards engineering and architecture, he hadn't performed (or paid well attention) in physics classes in high school. You, who had, were happy you help him out-- even if it had nothing to do with your major.
"So, noona, I went to this party the other day," he paused to yawn, hands in his pockets as he rocked on his feet. "And I got really really drunk. I didn't realize that some stuff hits different."
"Well, were you okay in the morning?"
"I was pretty hungover," he said with a chuckle. You smiled, shaking your head. "I couldn't even go to class, noona-- it was bad. So I'm never drinking--" he paused and you raised an eyebrow. "Um, I can't remember what I drank."
You laughed, hitting him on the shoulder. "Koo! Now you're going to accidentally drink it again." He hissed and shook his head.
"I'll have to keep an inventory of everything I drink then." You smiled and stepped up to order both of your drinks. You paid and he thanked you as you stepped aside to wait for your coffees. "Do you think I have enough extracurriculars?"
You looked up at him. "Hm?" You thought. "Yeah, I'd say so, right?" He nodded. "You do lots of sports, don't you? Did you end up joining that club you were talking about-- the acapella thing?"
"Which one? The-- oh." You smiled. He blushed and shrugged. "I didn't go to the auditions."
"What? Jungkook, you really wanted to go, I thought?"
"I did, noona, but I got really nervous." He went to grab your drinks and you earned a glare from the barista after she'd fluttered her eyelashes and smiled at him. He had a phone number on his cup when he returned to you.
"Really, Koo?" He grinned, pulling out his phone. "Already?"
He giggled and you nudged him with your shoulder. "What? She was pretty, noona!"
"I think you say that about every girl you hook up with." He clicked his phone off and twirled the straw around his coffee. "Maybe you should find a pretty girl to be in a relationship with, hey?"
"Why noona, you interested?" You slapped him in the arm as he laughed. "I'm kidding-- I'm kidding! Besides, I'm not interested in a relationship right now anyway."
"You just want to have sex with everyone."
He rolled his eyes. "No, that's not true." You smiled and turned the corner. A few girls stopped by to whisper and point at him. You caught something about you not being pretty enough for him and he wrapped an arm around your neck, pulling you into his chest. He always did this. "Everyone wants to have sex with me, noona."
"Jungkook!"
"I think they were gonna come up to me," he whispered, letting go of you when you were out of sight of the group of girls who'd been talking about you. They'd assumed you and Jungkook were dating, as most did when they saw you together. "And I don't like it when people say things like that about you, noona."
"It's fine, Koo-- we aren't even together." He smiled. "And don't worry, I know I'm too good for you anyway."
He giggled and rolled his eyes as he walked you back to your dorms. "It's helpful to be friends with someone like you, noona-- I can just pretend to be with you when I don't want someone to talk to me!"
"Well, you're very welcome," you laughed, shaking your head. He smiled and hopped onto the banister of a set of stairs and slid all the way down as you jogged down them as you were supposed to. You met at the same time.
"And you can do the same with me too, okay?" You smiled. "If you ever need a fake boyfriend, noona, I'm right here!" You squeezed Koo's cheeks together. He laughed, blushing as you headed towards the entrance of your building.
"I'll see you later, Koo-- keep getting those As, okay?"
"I will!"

Your eyes widened as you sat where Tae asked you to. "Hey-- you're in my dance classes!"
"Oh, hi, y/n!"
"I didn't know you went to this school!" Jimin laughed, leaning in as he opened up his lunch box. "You're in class 8B with Taehyingie, right?" You nodded. "I'm in 8A."
"I really liked your solo last week-- do you get a lot of privates?" You shrugged and opened up your container.
"Not many-- sometimes." He nodded and Taehyung spoke up.
"I thought I would be the one to introduce you guys-- you already know each other, huh?" You nodded and Jimin covered his mouth as he chewed.
"If you would just come to my dance recitals, you'd see her dude! She's awesome-- her turns are perfect."
"Maybe I'll come to your next one." You and Tae made eye contact. "But only for y/n, Jiminie-- I don't care about you."
"Prick."
You let out a giggle and Taehyung beamed, chuckling to himself as he pulled out a sandwich. He held out half. "Want some, y/n? It's got cheese."
You shrugged and nodded. "Yeah, okay."
