Eve And Knowledge

-"Well... She's amazing" the short blonde woman said, smiling softly. Alex was paying attention to everything that came out of Eve's mouth. "And really stubborn... Lucy always says that she's determined not stubborn, she's fun and caring and selfless, she is always trying to help others no matter what" Eve continued.

"Umm... Lucy is extremely smart, like she's 12 years old and in 10th grade kind of smart, one of the best students in her school. There's this show, Ducktales, she loves it but hates SpongeBob.... What else? She loves Fruity Pebbles and singing but i think you already knew that. She has a weird obsession with terror movies and even if she doesn't want to admit it, she loves to cuddle. Whatever has to do with science, she's going to love it especially chemistry" Eve paused to look at Alex before letting out a small laugh "I remember this time when Lucy exploded my microwave, I can't remember what was she trying but she blew it up." Alex let a watery laugh out at that.

"Do you have any pictures of her... I mean like pictures from when I was a child or now, I don't really care I just want something from her" The redhead desperately said, Eve's eyes   softened. "Yeah of course, I do" The short blonde said before standing up and walking to her room.

Lena and kara and Alex could hear Eve moving stuff and opening drawers. Some minutes later, the blonde came out again with a small wood box. Quickly, Eve sat next to Alex and handed her the small brown box and with shaky hands, Alex took it.

With a deep breath the redhead opened the book and let out a small gasp, kara moved and sat next to her right side and Lena moved to the floor in front of the agent.

The first thing Alex took out was a picture of Lucy, her daughter, from when she was at least 7 years old in what looked like a forest, the brunette  was lying on the grass looking at what Alex believed were the stars with a smile. "One of Lucy's favorite things are stars" Eve explained softly, Alex limited to nod, not trusting her own voice.

In this way, Eve continued to tell Lena, kara and Lucy things about Lucy. All of them listened carefully everything the blonde had to tell them. The women spent hours and hours watching more and more photos, while the shorter blonde told them the stories behind them. 

After a while Lena and Eve went to the kitchen to start making dinner. Alex and kara were still sat on the living room. The sisters were sat now in silence, processing everything that had happened in the last few days. After some minutes, the redhead talked. "She's beautiful, isn't she?" she said softly with a small smile.

Kara turned her head at her older sister and returned the smile. "Yeah, she really is". The blonde answered with a soft tone and took Alex's hand.

"I really like her name. Lucille Danvers Luthor... If it fits her well" Kara continued "It really does... Lucy Danvers" Alex responded, with a chuckle and the beginning and whispering at the end.

Both women sat in silence for what felt like 30 minutes until they were called to have dinner.

They ate something fast and simple, before starting to talk again. "So... What are we going to do with Lucy? Will we tell her the truth?" Lena asked  after a while looking at Eve. "Maybe... We should try to meet her a little bit more first... Then when she warms up to us we tell her?" the redhead responded looking at Eve.

The blonde kept quiet for some seconds before she opened her mouth "I don't know if that will work, the longer you take telling her, the more angry she will feel and the less she will want to talk to all of you and that includes you Lena" Eve said. "Look, just give some days to prepare her and then we can tell her. The last few days have been a tough for her." The blonde explained.

All of them agreed, the blonde woman and the two brunettes went home, Lena went to her penthouse and Alex stayed in kara's apartment. The Danvers sisters talked for a while before Kara went to bed, Alex stayed awoken for some hours more.

- The blue eyed brunette was worried, last night she had a sleepover with  Ruby and her mom and early in the morning she went back to Eve's apartment. When she arrived home, the blonde was making breakfast but  looked extremely distracted.

Eve's hair looked like a mess which didn't happened often and that way Lucy knew something was wrong. "Eve, are you okay?" the small Brunette quietly asked looking at the blonde in front of her. The only thing Eve did was frown at her "Of course I'm okay, hun" she simply answered, Lucy knew she Eve was lying but didn't say anything.

"I'm just  little tired, Lena came yesterday and we stayed talking until very late at night" the older woman continued to explain, Lucille nodded.

"Do you want to come to the company with me today, I don't want you to stay the whole day alone and Lena she's working on something new she wanted you to see" The blonde asked, once again Lucy nodded.

The young teen wanted to show Lena her new book. When they finished having breakfast, both girls took a quick shower and make their way to Lcorp...

- It was early in the morning when Alex woke up. She had a headache but it didn't surprise her taking into account the events of the last 3 days. The redhead needed to think about a lot of things, specially about her future with her daughter.

Would Lucy want her in her life or would  daughter will love or hate her? Now those were constant thoughts for the agent.

Trying to clear her head, Alex went for a run, two hours past before she went back home. When the agent arrived, Kara was already awake and making breakfast, nothing too serious jut some toast with butter and black coffee. While the sisters were eating, they decided what they were doing today.

Neither of them had things to do that day and they knew Lena was going to be in her office today so they decided they were going to visit her in Lcorp.

Some hours later they got ready and made their way to the company. It didn't take them to long to arrive to Lena's. The company was almost empty, but that didn't surprise them since it was Saturday. The blonde and redhead women's make their upstairs were the green-eyed woman was.

Lena's door was closed, thing that only happened when the young woman was busy. Kara and Alex thought about living, so they could let Lena finish her job, until they heard the raven haired woman laughing and not so familiar voice.

That meant that Lena wasn't that busy so the blonde decided to knock the door. "Come in, Eve" was Lena's answer. Neither of them was Eve but they entered to the woman's office. There was someone else in the room with the CEO but they couldn't see who was she since she was. The Danvers sisters could only see her back.

The unknown girl was short and had long wavy brown-reddish hair. She was talking to Lena who was paying all of her attention to the skinny girl until she heard the heavy door opening and then closing and looked at Alex and Kara and her eyes opened widely.

The tall blonde woman frown at that. "Lena, you okay?" She asked not understanding her reaction. Lena didn't answer. "Who's your friend?" Alex asked after an awkward moment of silence.

"Um this is Lucille. Lucy, these are Kara and Alex. But I think you already know them" At her mention the teenager turned her head towards them.

Kara's breath hitched and Alex started turn pale...

I'M SORRY I DIDN'T UPDATE LAST WEEK... and I'm not sure if I'll be able to update next week since test week starts next monday... I'm so so so very sorry :(
