I think I'm dying. And for some reason, I wanted to tell you. You won't be able to read this sense you're already dead, but for some reason I wanted to write this to you. I'm old and frail, and I can hardly breathe. I'm dying, Ash. I don't want help, I just want to die. If I die, maybe I can see you again. Honestly, Ash, I forgot what you sound like. I hope you're not mad about that. I'm mad at myself for forgetting. If I can see you again, then I'll know what you sound like. I want to know what your voice sounds like again. Or what your laugh sounds like. Or your voice when you sing. Fortunately, I still know what you look like and who you are. I'm so glad I do, you're my favorite person, I don't want to forget you. Hopefully I'll see you soon.
