In the districts of Kuo Kuana, Blake and Sun were in the midst of recruiting the villagers to their resistance group to stop the White Fang's attack on Haven Academy in less than a month's time. Their efforts to gain members were fruitless as the interference from Ilia had made the Faunus less trustful in their aid.
Meanwhile back at the chieftain's home, the current residents were making attempts to pry information of said White Fang member as Ghira came out of the room she was held in and sighed. They could see Ilia through a medium size window next to the door, sitting quietly.
"She isn't budging one bit. Looks like we're not getting anything from this." He said, shaking his head.
"Hm, let me have a go." Soire got out, cracking her knuckles. "I'll get her to spit it out after a few good blows."
"Soire, no. We're not going to interrogate her like that." Sol halted her, turning to Zelcher. "Zelcher, do you have any way to get her to speak?"
"Well, I have done my fair share of interrogations before. I might as well give it a shot." She smiled, ominously brandishing her mace. "It's been a while and I'm a bit rusty at it, but it's better than doing nothing I suppose."
"I think we should hold off on your way of getting her to talk as well, Zelcher." Kali deadpanned.
Everyone in the room continued to think of a way to get Ilia to spill out any information on the White Fang's plans. Chiki hummed with a thinking pose before she had a lightbulb popped up above her head due to her Semblance and raised her hand.
"Oh! Oh! I got an idea!" Chiki exclaimed, jumping.
"What is it, Chiki?" Nah asked.
"Hehe... Aunt Nah-Nah will see, Chiki will get infohmashion from Il-li easy!"
Chiki marched to the door and hopped several times to reach the door handle, but she was too short to reach. Erith walked over and opened the door for her, to which Chiki thanked before entering the room. As the door closed, the room grew silent as they waited for her to finish her job.
"...Sooooo, we're actually leaving it to her to get what we want?" Jack questioned. "Should we have someone check on her just in case?"
"Give it a minute. I think I know what she's doing." Nah sighed.
"WHY WUN CHU TAULK!" Chiki exclaimed.
They looked to the door as it became quiet again until a knocking came from it. Erith opened the door, Chiki standing there in tears before running to Kali and bawled loudly.
"Waaah! Il-li's a meanie!" She cried, hugging Kali's leg. "Chiki hates Il-li! Il-li dun see Chiki cyute!"
"Alright, that's it. I'm heading in." Jack said, kicking the door open and surprising Ilia. "Okay! It's one thing to give the chief a bad rep, but it's another to make a lil' lass cry!"
"H-Huh?"
Jack walked in before Erith tugged his jacket from getting closer to the table where Ilia was behind, both of them entered the room as she closed the door.
"Johnny, please stop." Erith halted. "Whatever it is you're about to do, it's possibly not something good."
"It's Jack! And no, I'll use my most trusted way of making someone spill the beans!"
"Well before you do, let me have a go."
Jack paused and looked at her, showing a face of doubt. Seeing that seemed to make her fume as if she was offended before Erith turned the lights off. Ilia was confused at what she was doing, not that it affected her since she could see in the dark when Erith brought over a table lamp from somewhere and turned it on, which caused Ilia to turn away for a bit due to the light shining down on her.
