Within the Belladonna residence, Ghira, wearing glasses, was pacing back and forth while reading a piece of paper. In the meanwhile, both Jackson and Erith entered the foyer where the Belladonnas, Chiki, Nah, and Sun were currently in, waiting for the Chieftain to be ready. The Shepherds were tasked outside as guards along with the other Menagerie guards as nearly every Faunus were awaiting for their chieftain to present himself with a speech ready.
"Funny how we've just arrived here to deliver a message about the White Fang's status and suddenly we are hearing about what's happening with a splinter group within the White Fang. Ain't it, Erith?" Jack pointed out.
"I'm more concerned about what's to become of the group." Erith got out, worried. "With what we know, they are planning on attacking Haven like they did with Beacon... That's also where..."
"I see the two of you are here." Nah spoke, turning to Jack. "How were your injuries?"
"Well..."

(Flashback)
". . .Fwah!" Jack sprung up, waking from his unconscious state. "Erith! I just had the weirdest dream! We were both outside of the White Fang base, and suddenly these golden men grabbed and held me down! The Boarbatusk was even there and-!"
"Calm down." Erith sighed, hitting his head with her staff.
"Doh!"
"Well, I see you still have your energetic spirit as always, Johnny boy." Ghira spoke, sitting by with Kali and Zelcher.
"Huh? Wait..." He got out, rubbing his head. "Chief? It's you! And it's CAPTAIN Jack to you!"
"Haha! Even after all these years you still kept that pirate dream of yours!" Ghira laughed heartily. "So, you finally got that crew and ship you've been wanting?"
"As a matter of fact, yes." Jack proudly claimed. "I should introduce my crew tomorrow. They're currently back at my ship and-"
Erith cleared her throat, getting his attention before he realised what they were here for.
"Ah... Right. We came over to deliver a message from High Leader Sienna Khan."
"This must be serious if Sienna wishes to have contact with us..." Kali stated.
"Yeah, it is. After Beacon was taken down, things haven't been the same. Most of the members are starting to show more and more signs of aggression."
"It may be untrue, but the High Leader speculated that Adam Taurus is currently starting a coup to overthrow her in her position as leader of the White Fang." Erith summarised. "Should anything have happened to her, she wants to let the previous leader know that it may not be some sort of accident, but rather caused by a third party."
"Could this third party you speak of be the Grimleal?" Zelcher questioned. "As much as I would like to believe in you quitting that group, most of us are rather cautious of your presence here."
"Hey, leave her alone. She said she quit, so that's that." Jack defended.
"How are you so sure of this?" Ghira asked.
"Because I have known her for quite some time now. When the White Fang was forced to work alongside the Grimleal, we had the chance to meet. Sure the Grimleal was full of crazy cultists... and all, buuut there were some who just joined because they felt accepted. Erith ain't no exception."
