Chapter 21 Part 2

"Jin, Jin, wake up."

He hears a soothing voice calling for him.

"Let's have breakfast then let's take Woojin to the teddy bear museum."

He slowly opens his eyes, rubbing off the tiredness from crying last night.

"Oh okay. I'll just wash up."

She worriedly touches his face.

"Are you okay? Your eyes are fluffy."

He smiles sheepishly.

"Do I look terrible? but my heart feels lighter."

She is relieved to see genuine happiness in his reply.

"Good to hear that. I'll be waiting for you at the dining table."

She left not before giving him a peck on his lips. Somehow, there's a little change in the way she behaves around him. Her feelings for him are more visible than before.

After touring around the Teddy bear museum and seeing the amusement from Woojin, they went home to let their son rest. They planned on staying at home since they will be going home tomorrow.

Jin decided to take a shower and use the jacuzzi to relax his tensed muscles from working.

He doesn't notice that someone has already joined him not until she speaks.

"Would you mind if I join your alone time?"

Byul is dressed in her robe, pushing a tray of champagne, chocolates and fruits.

He is speechless. He keeps on racking his brain for a response and comes up with the most senseless thought.

"You're going to drink champagne?"

She chuckles before answering.

"I brought lots of my milk stash so Woojin can just drink from the bottle. I'll just drink one glass."

He just nods from what she said and looks away from her exposed legs.

"You know you're cute when you blush. I don't know if it's because of the water or whatever. You're here to relax Jin. Don't mind me. Jacuzzi sex is not my thing. Close your eyes so you won't see me naked."

He immediately follows what he's been told as he hears the splashing of water when she enters the jacuzzi.

"If you want silence, I won't talk. I'll leave in fifteen to twenty minutes."

He thinks briefly of what he wanted to ask her.

"How's Aunt Ji?"

"She's doing well. She's returned overseas. She's just handling some important matters at hand. You want to meet her?"

He sips at his champagne.

"I do. She'd treated me well, and as your mom, I want to personally talk to her about you and Woojin."

She nods.

"I'll ask her when she will have time. Are you planning to ask for her blessing?"

She doesn't really mean to ask him that but curious of his reason for wanting to meet her mom.

"I am."

She finds it funny that she's feeling a wave of satisfaction from his conviction.

"By the way, how's dad?"
